Called my cell with back to back calls.  No message left either time.  Must have been reported prior to my calls as my carrier did list the caller ID as a telemarketer.

This a scam-based gang robo-calling on a tie-line, fixated on rotating calls using 703-382-64xx numbers. In each case, caller Id says Springfield VA. Are they trying to fool someone? Every one of their calls is automatically blocked.

    Hate Scam Calls
Repeated phone calls everyday from this number 703-382-64XX... the last 2 digits always change.. Every time I block, a new call comes in with the last 2 digits being different.. I have answered the phone but I do not say "hello" or anything on the line. I stay silent and then an automatic messages comes up saying "This is such and such person from such and such company on a prerecorded line, How are you doing today?" Do these people really expect you to say "fine thank you"... This is one of those new phishing scam calls where they try to get your voice which is the new scamming thing these extortionists are doing.. please be careful with these type of calls...  I block at least 5-6 numbers on a daily basis from this set of digit numbers.. I'm tired of it... I block and block, another set of new numbers call me within a matter of hours..

Did you apply for a job with Diamond Transportation ?   Diamond could be selling applicant phone numbers.

A company like Diamond might hire the services of a website to manage the processing of job applications, and that is one way leaks can happen.
Also could be any job hunting website you visit or post your resume/work records on.  Those sites love to "share with selected partners" such as on-line classes, offers to reduce credit card interest, payday loan crooks and all sorts of crud.  If possible, keep a phone line just for job hunting that has voicemail.  That way you can turn the phone off if you want some privacy.  And of course an e-mail address that is job related only so you don't end up with 20 spam offers each day.
Privacy is hard to get, hard to keep.  All you can do is work the odds in your favor.
