This is another spoofed, robo-called number on a tie-line being used by what has been dubbed the Springfield Scam Gang. They are obsessed with using numbers in the 703-382-64XX series, calling many times every day. Enough complaints to the state Attorney General, FCC and FTC, and eventually the perps behind this gang will be tracked down and shut down and at least fined. There are newspaper reports of a Miami, Florida perp who made some 96 million robo-calls in one three month period being fined $120 million, with criminal charges pending. In the meantime, another number to program into the call blocker.
