How is it helpful in any way to let people know they called you, that you didn't answer, and that you don't know who it is?!?!?!

Also got a call today at 1:53 PM on my cell phone, which is very unusual -- I don't give out my cell number to any commercial entities, so I don't get very many scam calls/telemarketers.  They left no message.  When I called back, I got a quick busy signal.  

It can be helpful, because if I see that a lot of people (especially recently) have had the number call and hang up with no message, and that happened to me, I can be more assured that it was just a robo-call or telemarketer, rather than someone who actually might have had a legitimate reason to call me.  So, although I much prefer to see that someone did talk to the person who called and can say they were selling magazines, or fishing for a CC number or something, seeing that the number often calls random people and leaves no message can be useful.

Telemarketer called after I gave my phone number to TimeWarner Cable who has apparently sold my number to every scammy bum under the sun.

Left message and said he just missed my call.

It's Mike Hower he wants to refinance my home at 1.45 % sounded like a good deal gave him requested credit info this is going to save me $100.00 per month.

just got a call on my cell phone but no message left, had the same type of call from a different number and once again no message left. Beginning to think my number has been leaked or sold by a creditor.

Received a call from this number. I didn't answer. No message was left. So, I blocked the number on my ATT Samsung phone.

received a call 2 minutes ago.... after saying hello three times, the recording finally started. something about my mortgage and Obama signing a bill, blah blah blah

Got the call ...didn't answer, no message left

I just got a call I didn't answer and they left no message. First time I had an unwanted called in a while. Wish I had caller ID for my house phone I get random calls on that line on them.

Call, and I didn't answer. Left a prerecord voicemail about mortgage laws.
