I received a call from a man called Bill Cook who was selling safety supplies saying he was from Tuscon, Arizona.  He was trying to sell me first aid kits.  We were beginning to negotiate a number and price, and when I did an online search, I found the deal was not good.  When I explained this to him, he called me "a [***]", told me "to be a man" and not run away since I found a better deal online.  A string of obscenities and insults then followed, before he hung up.  

The number was 703-889-5454.

Called my direct line asking to speak with my boss - knew my boss' name (Pres & CEO), said he was from Valley Construction. Proceeded to tell him my boss was not available.  When asked for his cell phone number, I declined to give it to him and before I could offer v/m he hung up on me.  Yeah, he's not getting through. Thanks for the information!

I received a call from this number, don't have a clue who it is. Just wondering though... Alexandria Virginia, HMM... exwife? ha ha,

This guy called my job asking for my husband, when they told him no one by that name worked here i tried to call it back and it said disconnected. i find this site when  I looked up that number. I realize it must be some kind of scam but how did that dude get my info to start with?

My husband just got a call from this #. The Caller ID says "George Meidhof" but the man identified himself as Bill from AZ and that "I met you a few months ago" to which my husband said, uhh, no. He proceeded into a pitch that sounded a little like snake oil salesmen from old west shows. My husband quickly declined his offers and hung up. (We're not sure how he got our number either, but we are curious if it might have anything to do with the fact that one of our supplier's credit records were "compromised" back in October.)

Same thing just happened to us. It was weirding me out so I just googled the # and saw this.  Glad to know he's not a serial killer though: )

This person is rude and has no real contact info online. They are rude and when they call some how they know my name. They try to sell me crap I don't need or want.Sick of the time and constant harassment to buy stuff.

Receiving repeated calls from this number!  Name says George Meidhof.  He usually just asks for my husband (our company is his name).  I say he's not available, and he hangs up on me.  Tried to get him to give me info one time.  Said hubby wasn't available but I'm also a co-owner (which is true).  He said it wasn't a business call, it was personal!  I asked his name, he said George... told him my husband didn't know anyone named George.  

He still calls...

Lied about who he was and hung up on me. The caller ID said George Meidhof.

This man called and asked for my husband. When I told him I was the one to make the decisions on construction jobs, he told me to tell my husband to suck his $@*&. WTF? Said his name was IKE TUCKER. HMMMMMMMM?

I've got a couple old friends in the black ops biz hot on this guy. Once he's found you won't ever hear from him again.

A "Mike Tucker" stating he was from Tucker Construction called for the Pres. of our construction company. When asked what project, he gave me a bogus project name.  I pressed the "red" button on my phone and put him on eternal hold.  Didn't take long for him to hang up... lol  A shame that these people have to resort to dishonest and obscene behaviors and dupe the naive people they get ahold of.  The gov't is so busy medding in our lives, why don't they go after these kinds of businesses and fine them!  Ought to be plenty of money there instead of taxing us to death to feed their greed.

Got same call 1-20-2011.  Trying to sell overpriced gloves and saying he was going to kick my ass in three hours.  I think he has little man syndrome. Not a very good salesman.  Should try to sell ice to eskimos and see what they think.  He could call himself Vanilla Ice or something cool like that. What a Nut Job.

WOW, So i'm not the only one. the first time he called he sold me a pair of mechanics gloves and said he has a good deal at $13. It was $13 alright, for ONE glove, $26 a pair. I wont buy anything else and he keeps calling. He has my cell phone # but I can't block it because the caller ID always says different names (George Meidhof) etc. Yesterday when I wouldn't buy anything he called me a [***] and said he is going to come kick my a@#. What a nice guy.....

Bravo, I have been receiving calls from this scumbag for years, if I had the power, I would find him and do very hurtful things to him!

Note:  I am very sure this is not George Meidhoff, this guy George  is a legit business man, his number is being spoofed, I tracked down the carrier who told me the number has not been assoicated with George since last fall 2010.

Ok, this is the old Altas Supply Company, they have about 15 aliases. Don't buy anything from these rude [***]. Their in Arizonia. And if they threaten you, because they are know to do so, report them to the police. This is a scam and the owner Bill Roakis is a jerk! They've been calling us for 5 years now. Also this is not the Atlas Supply in Washington State, a legimate company. These idiots don't even pay their workers, who are mostly poor college kids.

got call from this 770-889-5454 today asking for my Robert.  iasked who it was and he said MIke. I asked Mike who and he said Mike, he knows who I am. I said oh really who the hell is this Robert you want. He said how many dam Roberts are there I want to talk to him now. I told him I'm Roberta not Robert and I dont' know know him. He slamed the phone down.  I'm sure this is the same guy who called our home yesterday also wanting Robert.  I'm not Robert and my husband does not go by Robert or Bob so if he was a friend he'd know the name my husband goes by.
