You are an idiotic woman with way too much time on your hands!  The owner of the company is not named Bill.  Your posts are all over this site, and you are very misinformed.  I suggest if you are going to act like you know everything, you should know what you are talking about.  Like I said earlier, your posts prove your ignorance.  The post about the gun, you have got to be kidding me.  I bet you are a fat, ugly woman, and I pity you.  I realy hope you give yourself a heart attack and leave this world.

I have found the best way to deal with these guys is as follows: when they call, put on a smiley face, bite your lip and order whatever they have. Never give a credit card or correct address.  Usually afterwards a person from another department will call back to confirm the order.  That person does not work on the sales end and will be receptive to a complaint.  Of course cancel the order, but at the same time use the follow up contact to gather authentic information about the business.  Good luck

I know this guy, it is him, Bill Rozakis, complete fraud, criminal scumbag.  All of his contemporaries are successful in their personal and business lives through hard work.  Bill is a deeply disturbed bitter man who can only make money by lying, cheating, and stealing.  Bad breeding.

That sums it up.  You've been in the tool business 4 years and you're still just a worker.  lol.  You sound like an average salesman who is just chasing the carrot.  What's worse is sitting around listening to the pro's tell stories of how great the job was 10 years ago and feeling like you signed on too late.  Truth is your whole industry is a sinking ship.  You challenge the posters on this board like it is their fault for wanting to be informed.  Drop the hostility towards your customers and think about who you are really mad at.  Is it yourself or is it your upline who cashes in 52% every bonus while you do all the work.

This idiot was very rude.  He asked for a cell number and i wouldn't give it to him.  he said we had
purchased something and needed a delivery address.  said we put it on the credit card - he was calling
from brown mechanical.  this guy is a real jerk.  i called the number back 703-889-5454 and it says that the number you have dialed is not in service.

A phone solicitor called me from the above number. I gave him short shrift, telling him that this phone is for my convenience, not his, and to remove my business from his list. He then phoned me back from a different phone number—whining: “Why did you hang up on me—I have to make a living like anyone else” etc. I should have told him that I too have to make a living—which doesn't involve my telephone-soliciting anyone.

If congress were honest and ignorant of the bribes of lobbyists, telemarketing would be illegal!

Thanks for your concern, Mike. Not saying this guy was a thief, just musing that 1. we're all in the construction business and 2. this started happening to myself specifically just after the credit records breach (not a credit card theft) at a major supplier. Plus, he's calling our home number, which is extra odd. We've gotten at least 10 more calls from this guy since our original post, including one today. We just don't answer.

Crazy guy calling himself Frank, you recognize my voice.  No, what you been up with.   I said i'm not interested.  He said "why you have to be a homo"   This guy uses stranges sales tactics.

This guy has called us everyday for the past almost 2 months I would guess. He knows my boss' name. My boss has talked to him once, told him we were not interested and yet he still calls EVERYDAY! If im not in the office my boss will not answer the phone when he shows up on caller id. I don't understand why he still calls when I have yelled at him on the phone, told him my boss has quit, etc and a lot of other excuses. Is there a way to report his phone number to anyone.

Too funny - this guy has been calling our business for years.  I've been told off, called numerous names and hung up on from him.  I have come to accept the fact that he will keep calling no matter what you tell him.  The bigger the excuse, the more often and the nastier he gets.  He is definitely not worth any of us getting worked up about, after all, that is all he really wants.

I answer the phone anytime that I can and I just smile and have to laugh to myself.  All he is doing is wasting his time because we will never order from him.

We've got to love him, although he is annoying, he is a child of God.  And maybe someday if he gets touched by the Holy Spirit, he will realize what he is doing is wrong and he will ask for forgiveness from God for all of his shortcomings.
