Got a call from this number on my cell just 30 mins ago, but did not pick up.  What seemed like a recording stated my name and said to press 1 to get connected to a customer service rep.  They said this was an attempt to collect debt.  I am nearly 100% sure I do not owe any money to anyone, and reading all these comments tells me this is a scam anyway.  I am not going to call them back.

I'm glad to see others are fighting the good fight. I know that there are no outstanding debts in my name.  I tried calling back and got their VM.

You want $ from me, then contact me in writing and provide back-up that a debt is indeed unpaid and owed.

My husband has been dead for 3 years. And someone is trying to  bill my old insurance for current services. I am glad I cancelled the policy, but they still try to use the old number.

DEBT COLLECTOR FOR WRONG NUMBER.  ID SHOWS UP AS OUT OF AREA, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN SAME 703 AREA CODE.

Continually receiving calls from 703-958-2258 for collection on Tosea Baez (sic), whom ever that is , I'm on do not call list and do not know why my number is being called !

My mother has been getting calls from these people. When she talked to them they say she owes money for a ER visit at a hospital she has never been to, in a part of Virginia she has never been to. Would not give any information and refused to send her a copy of this supposed bill by mail. Yeah, I think it's a scam.

I got this call just now. I'm pretty sure it's because I switched to Verizon from Cox and never turned in the old cable boxes. Booo

I just received a call from 703 921-2258 for some one same last name.  he said a bill collecter from the doctors office, and i ask him from wich doctor office? insted of answering my question he try to get my home address.  any way, i don't have any doctors office bill from 3 years.  please help me how to stop them calling me on my cell espically when i was at work...

Send them a letter demanding validation of the debt and that they are to cease calling you at work. This is your right under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Received numerous  calls from this #703 921 2258 debt collector.  They are looking for a Christan M. “ I am not Christan M.” They keep saying if you are not this person “do not listen to this message”  apparently if you don’t listen you are acknowledging that you are not this person? jokers! , try that but then some other times is on the answering machine and still they keep calling

Just tried to go to the link and the page does not exist anymore. That seems awful shady as well as they are using Go Daddy as their web provider. I cannot find a website for them anywhere.

i got numerous calls from this number yesterday. I just called the number back after this and recieved a voice mail telling me that i called a number which i did not call (703-921-2238). I have been phone calls from random numbers for probably at least the past year if not longer regarding supposed individuals medicals bills and information...everytime its a different name, and everytime it is not me.... when i start asking who they are looking for and why they get very short and refuse to talk unless you are random said person...... I started telling them to go F themselves because they clearly dont get it.

I have gotten three calls. The first time I told them to send me a bill in the mail. The second time I said I hadn't received anything in the mail and the girl said they would send another but wanted a payment over the phone. There was no way I was giving them any information on the phone. The last call was a message on the answering machine and I called their number but it was the recording wanting me to leave my number. Seriously? It totally looks like a scam.

Keep getting calls to this number for a member of the family who has been dead for over 1.5 years.  Man on the line is rude and refuses to give me even the most basic information about the company he supposedly works for.  It's obviously a scam but I wish I knew how to stop him from stealing the identity of my deceased family member!

I suspect they're crooks who pretend to appear legitimate.  According to my own experience and what I'm reading here, they report themselves as a company in Alexandria, Virginia (Suburban Credit Company) but keep calling the wrong numbers with made up names with maniac persistence.  They've been calling me every two hours today without leaving a message.  Finally they got desperate and left a robotic message on my voice mail saying that the message contains personal information and that by not disconnecting I acknowledge that I received their call and agree with their surreal statements.  I disconnected because I happened to be there when they called and because I didn't have the opportunity to speak to a life crook (as I said, their message was recorded).

Been getting calls from this number for more than a year. They ask for someone who is not me or the voice on the other end spells out a nonsense name --- If you are HVBCMMNBLP, please stay on the line for a personal message." Got fed up a few months ago and stayed on the line to talk to a live person. I said I was NOT the person they were seeking and asked them to stop calling. The woman on the other end was very rude but said they would remove me from their call list. Well, the calls started again a few weeks later. I ignored them and they stopped. Then today, another call. I stayed on the line and spoke with an exceptionally rude woman who dismissed my complaint about repeated calls -- said that was impossible. She did admit they "might have" an incorrect number and would remove me from their call list. Then she slammed down the phone in my ear!  Clearly a scam of some sort.

You should report these people to the athurities in Virginia or any other state you live. Let them hunt these MOF.
