This caller says he's John Matthews, and has a legal case against me. He left a message that I owe for a loan that I never took out.  Scam artist.  I did not even bother to call back.  He had a heavy thick accent so Im not sure what office he said he was from.

got a message to call this number when I called got a heavily accented man on the phone that said I took out a payday loan and that I was being sued. I told him I did not take out this loan and that I was going to report him to the local police department he said go ahead and waste my time that they won't do anything. It is pretty scary to know that they can get your info from anywhere.The man keep calling every month with a different name the first time his name was David Williams now it was Allan Scott. I don't know what to do.

Claiming I owe money, telling me I am getting arrested.  So kind of scam

Got a voice mail when I came back from lunch today from 707-348-2036 from a Micheal Garcia. His accent was so thick I couldn't understand what he was saying, I basically heard that he is going to file legal action against me if I don't contact him back and will arrest me at an address I had 2 years ago. Caller id shows 0000 number. i called but got the voice mail box full, and googled the number. this is just crazy! I'm fed up with these jokers.  They started calling me about 2 months ago under the phone number 2135501962. I have several aliases if you ever here them

Some helpful information for everyone... They have to provide documentation (your loan contract plus account balances) when asked for. another way to tell if it is a legitamate business, is asking for a Tax ID number. ALL AMERICAN BUSINESSES REQUIRE A TAX ID NUMBER. If the stall or cannot provide that, then question it. You can look up a business and its legitimacy by the Tax ID Number. If the will not provide either of these, then don't waste your time. Consult an attorney if you have to. Monitor all of your accounts and credit reports. If the debt they are trying to collect is not there, do you really owe?

Forms like this are very helpful to others so all the information you get, speak out. Inform the masses.

Yep. Dude with an Indian accent called me today at work and said he was with some government agency about a loan.

I have no outstanding loans... and have never even applied for a payday loan. I'll probably call and **** with them.

I received a call from this number and answered as I am waiting for an important call, asking for my wife. I stated that she wasn't here and he asked for another number I refused to give it to him and hung up. he promptly called back and asked for my wife again. I decided to try to get some information from him. He said his name was Kevin Jones (had an Indian Accent) and he was with the Social Security Department and he needed to speak to my wife as someone was using her SSN. I asked if he had her SSN and he gave me the last four of the numbers and they were wrong. I asked for a number to have her call him back and he gave this number 707-348-2036. I Googled the number and found this site. I called the number back and the person that answered did not answer as a business. I hung up. A few seconds later her called back again and now he changed the company and the other information. When I went and tried to use the phone after hanging up from him I could not make a call out.

Somehow this Mike Garcia clown got my work number and for the record I'll bet my last that's a fake name. 707-348-2036  is a scam and if anybody knows there location is post it because I would have a word.

I received a phone call today from a man who could hardly talk, and was trying to tell me that I owed his company money from a loan. He said that his name was "Kevin Jones" @ 707-348-2036 and he was from the US Legal Department and that if I didn't pay he was going to send the police to get me. I told him to send the police. I also notifed the FBI with the area code and left a complaint with them.

My advice, "DON'T FALL FOR WHAT HE IS SAYING". THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THE SENIORS AND ELDERLY TO SEND THEM MONEY, DON'T FALL FOR IT.

THEY ARE SOME IGNORANT PEOPLE WHO CAN'T TALK!!!

Automated phone call about loan? When I dialed the number to speak to a live person, it was from In Home Medical Solutions! Spam caller.
