Someone from this number has been harassing me saying they are going to serve me papers.Have no idea what they are talking about and proceeded to tell them they have the wrong number.The harassment continued until I blocked the number.It continued from another number.I changed my number.This company needs to be sued for harassment because I've noticed other complaints.

a woman named Stacy Williams called said I was going to be served papers at my work (her number came up private on my phone).  She told me to call 713-568-4224 which I immediately did and i was put into David Newman's voiccemail.   I left a message and have not been called back as of yet.

Received a message stating exactly what Cindy Fletcher reported.  My daughter, who is also a lawyer, called back and left a message requesting an immediate response.  A man called back within 15 minutes and apologized saying they had dialed the wrong number and the papers were being "retracted" and the courier recalled.

"Stacy Williams called said I was going to be served papers at my work" .. Sounds like the "A" Typical Scammer scare tactic with hopes that threats of shaming at one's workplace will cause one to panic and make a poor rushed decision.
Process Servers are hired to serve papers. They do not call ahead of time to let you know, especially ask you if you want to be served at work or at home. Servers do not call you to give you a last chance to pay up or negotiate. Servers simply show up and serve. That's what they are hired to do.
