Some one calls and never says anything and just hangs up

Have been getting calls from this number for months but never a vmail.  No one answers at the number.  I don't answer unrecognized phone calls.

some chick comes on and tell me to wait for a cal

i got this call 3 times today telling me to please hold and i get transfered i hung up im not trying to get caught in one of those telemarketing calls and get charged an arm and leg per minute.... called back and no answer...

I received a call from this number, its a collection agency in Houston. Capital one is one of there clients. When you ask them to identify themselves, they put you on hold forever...

this number continues to call, dont recognize number so we dont answer, they never leave a message, when u call back it stays busy

It is a collection agency for Capitol One!

This woman called and asked for Melinda Jones. If no one answers the phone, they leave a message for Melinda Jones. I called the number and a man answered the phone. I told him no one lives here by that name. He said okay, I will remove that nunber from the list. My voice mail message says, whos' number they are calling. I think it is stupid if you call a persons' number and their voice mail identifies who they are and you ask for somebody else.P.S. Also when I tried to tell the woman, she had the wrong person, she hung up in my face, and wouldn't answer the phone, when I called back. It stayed busy.

This woman calls our office asking for one of our employees.  When I ask for her name and company, she replies "I need to talk to XXXXX".  When I try to get the information from her again, she says the same thing but with a firmer tone.  I tell her that if she can't give me her information, she can not speak to the person and she will have to reach them some other way.  I then hang up on her..........
