got this phone call from an unknown number claiming to serve papers to my place of employment. No name of the company or name of the person calling just told to call 713-568-6338 to talk to someone.

I also received this call last night. Along with them contacting my parents. I'm 38 and have not lived with my parents for over 20 years.

When I call back the number all I get is voicemail. And they want me to leave info. I don't feel comfortable doing so.

Also was threatened to have someone show at my place of employment. I'm currently on disability.

I would really like to get this person on the phone and find out what's going on. And to let them know how unprofessional this "scare tactic" is!!

From what I can gather it is a supposed collection agency. Yet I have never received any notification that I have a bill that is in collections.

Needless to say seems very sketchy to me!!

Got a phone call from this place this am at my work and my cell threatening to serve papers for a legal matter. This place is a scam, do not fall for it.

I received a call from 213-337-0014 on my desk phone at work.  It went to voicemail.  I immediately received a call on my cell from NO NUMBER telling me to call 202-803-5785 because check or bank fraud charges were going to be filed against me.  I checked the other voicemail and it was the exact same thing.  I have been getting these calls from various numbers and "agencies" for over 2 years.  They just recently got my cell number though.  Every time as ask them to verify the supposed debt they either hang up or get very aggressive.  If/when I find an address attached to any of the numbers I send them a debt validation letter, they stop calling and a new one starts.  I have received 2 more calls as I type this.  The last voicemail was from Beatrice Worthington, Legal Courier 713-568-6338 will be out to serve me before Thursday.  I can hear lots of other voices in the background.  I guess they'll be out to my home or place of employment to serve me then.

They will never show up - they never do - They are a bunch of low life scammers. Ignore them - also check your credit report and you will surely see that what they are referring to is nowhere to be found on your credit record.  I wish I knew more on how to locate these people however when you are lucky enough to get an address out of them it of course does not exist. Would love to show up at THEIR door and knock on it uncontrollably for hours on end.  Hang in there.

Got a call from them. They will scare you. When I asked what address they had. They stated they would use the search engines. They also called my relative ,whom I haven't seen or spoken to in over 10'years. Told her the FBI was looking for me for theft. Something from five years ago.

They really scared me.i don't know how they got my number. Or my cousins number. Said they got permission from the attorney district attorney or something. My sister was terrified because she thought the FBI was after me. Said my bank is working with them. The bank know where to find me.

These people are such scammers ... They called me today at work, called my cell, called my husband and also another family member all stating the same message that I was going to be served and that I have been warned!! Wish I would have picked up the call to tell this loser to get a real job. I'm sad for people that fall for this. Hopefully any one that gets this call will be smart enough like everyone else to google the phone number and see these posts!
