this is a debt collector they say they just want to verify your information. Dont do it the debt is either to old for the orginal sompnay to collect on or bogus. sont call back they are vauge and rude.

They called my employer's number and that really made me mad.
Is there anyway I can file a complaint and have them stop calling me?

They were along for my husbands address. When they refused to answer my questions as to who they were and why they wanted it, I hung up and blocked the number.

Yes, you can do something.  Calling your employer is illegal.  You have rights even if you owe this debt.  Read about your rights here:

They called and identified themselves as Everest receivable services. They asked to verify my address. I refused and asked who they were with and what they wanted. They said if I wanted more info I would have to verify the last 4 digits of my social security number. I laughed and hung up. I then called back and filled up their voicemail with blank messages. It took 2-3 5 minute messages before their voicemail was full.

They called me at 9:56am (10/5/2020) and when I returned the call they said that they were Conn's. Discussed that I have never had any sort of relationship with Conn's and was told that it was probably "a miss dial".
Got the distinct impression that they were with the credit / collection department @ Conn's.
