    This is a fraud,  they are so full of themselves that they are selling loan and they do not know how to represent themselves.  if you calculate the interest rates they are offering within the same conversation the rates jump from 7 percent per annum up to 48 percent per annum and they are all over the place.  do not give them your information just hangup.
