This number is calling my cell phone.  I didn't answer.  Glad to see someone else has tagged the number.

714-374-8035 Captital one debt collector all day all night 7 days a week now they are in trouble and will lay off. The people then will inderstand the bank should work with us. The Bank should drop all the late fees that causes the account to go over and compound over limit fees on that. I have paid months double payments and no credit for that! Now I am laid off and I one can even pay mid payment due to all their overhead fees. Very creative when they leave messages Captital One has opportunities to call them back.

called me Sunday 4/26 at 8:45am, 1022AM, 325PM, 506PM...no messages.

Mutiple calls from Capital One. Happy to see others are tagging this number. Haven't been behind on payments in months!! Not to mention I have almost completely paid it off.

If anyone gets a call from a company that comes up NCO out of NJ. Contact the Federal Trade Commission. NCO are scammers fronting as debt collectors. There is a class action suit against them.

Has called twice today on my cell. I don't pick up calls before 9pm of I don't know the number. they didn't leave a message so i can only assume its an autimated caller.

I got a call this morning. I dont' know why they are calling me, I paid mine off.

I am getting calls from this number, but it rings once and disconnects. I have a capital one card, but it's paid off...I wonder if this could be their marketing dept trying to sell crap?

This is the FOURTH different phone number that has come up on my caller ID from them! It's really annoying because they call my work line, and I really can't risk missing a customer call because I'm afraid it might be them. This really cuts into my productivity.

they keep calling me

This number calls multiple times a day, no messages.  I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize as there are to many scammers.  This has to stop.  Reporting to FCC as well.

i'v been getting these half hour for..two and a half hours now on my cell.

I get calls from this number along with 3 more i've paid off my card and it's been closed since May. Not sure what they want but they need to knock it off! Other numbers 805-964-0386, 480-707-4007, 909-391-1768

Received calls from this number on my son's cell phone.  They leave a voice mail message once a day stating they are with Capital One and have some special opportunities to offer.  I have never done business with this company.  I wish that they would just stop harrassing with these sales calls.

Not sure if this is true, but my know-it-all friend claims that if you're getting calls at work from creditors, you can tell them to stop calling you at work. Supposedly, they are bound by law to stop calling you at work. Don't know if this works, but it's worth a shot.

Also, if you're getting tons of unwanted calls on your cell phone, a good thing to do is simply save the unwanted caller in your contacts (I save all my debt collectors under "Boo1, Boo2, Boo3, etc.) and set the ring tones for those callers as "No ring". I've been getting calls at all hours of the day or night. It was the only thing I could do short of turning my phone off, which I did for a while. Worked like a charm.

Capitol One automated calling. Because it is automated, it leaves a message of the last 4 digits of the phone number only. They call from several numbers every day, leaving the same, partial, automated message.  I called them back a few days ago and told them to stop calling me but they continue to call.

They called me, I answered, no one was on so I called back and it asked for my capital one credit card info. Beware, I think they are trying to get credit card info from people and if not don't pay them anyway, Capital One is a corrupt organization, they are white collar criminals.

I'm about a week late on my Capital One card.  Got the first call from this number today.  Same thing my Chase card has been doing for the past few weeks.  Slidin' off the old financial cliff.
