They claim to ask for William for more than a month and give different loan company names.  Calls always come from someone with an Indian/Pakistani type accent.

keeps calling almost daily and asks for a scott cooper - can not get him to stop calling.  has a
pronounced indian or mid east accent.

Calling several times a day. Told me that I will have to pay him $250.00 to be removed from his system.

constant calls saying that I have a loan with them and they want money.  never heard of them and I have no loans

same thing...getting calls from this number, florida, illinois, california. Sometimes they say something about a loan for michelle and sometimes they don't say anything just hang up. 10 calls a day almost!

I get calls from a variety of phone numbers including this one.  The company is ususally Instaloan and they are asking for Taylor Smith.  I've gotten 30 calls in 3 days.  No matter what they say, they keep calling.  

The advice given to me was to get as much information from them as you can.  The company, phone number, company address, caller's name, account number.  Then, file a complaint at http://www.consumerfinance.gov/.

i have received three calls in the last couple of days, he says his name is Alex from instaloan.  I have told them now three times I am not interested in a loan and today finally got them to understand to cancel and was handed to someone else who sounded like the same person who told me to cancel through the police department as they work with them. I contacted via email insta loan site to let them know and surprise surprise, not the same number I told them this time I will contact police if necessary if they keep calling. it is illegal in pa where I live to have a payday loan unless it is registered with the pa banking commission and pays fees to do so.

i started getting these calls last week saying i was approved for a loan was going to give me 6000 but i had to pay 280 to show i had money for payments i fell for it and then they said i had to pay another 270 for processing fees so they could transfer the money i lost my money but hopefully this will help someone out it is a big scam now they are saying that i owe them for the loan still now i know it isnt true wish i would have googled this number before

i just got scammed too like ray. told me i was approved for 5000, then i had to put 350 on a reloadable card, i did all that an a hour later he (ray carter ext.150) told me i needed another 371 i told him i cudnt, so somehow he lowered it all the way down to $155. which i still cudnt do. i kept telling him im a single dad an i gave him my last dollar. which was true. he didnt care, he kept insisting i try to come up with the money. after argueing with him he hung up. tryed calling back saturday an got a recording. does anyone know what i can do about this?

Yes...you can kiss your money Good-bye! Advance fee loans are ILLEGAL! They want money (in ANY form) up-front? They're FRAUDS!  ALWAYS!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Thank you all for this. I was about to pay them $200 on a voucher tomorrow for a $7000 loan. Guess it was too good to be true. Glad I googled.

Just get as much info from them as you can full company name, address, phone numbers, callers name, the account number then go to www.consumerfinance.gov. You may also go to your local attorney generals office, and the better business bureau. Also, I would file a police report and keep it with a copy of your phone records showing their number (if you can), this way you have an official complaint somewhere on record and proof of the call.

Contact your state attorney general. This is the kind of thing they are supposed to help you with.
They helped me here in Florida.

we have received about 4 calls from this number.  He claims to work with windows and asks for your license number.  Do not give it to him.  He will steal all your data off your computer.  Beware.

Called saying they were from a technician company and if I was having problems with my computer Indian accept told them No I am not he started to try and ask for information I just hung up on them.  

Now they claim to be calling from Microsoft!

the guy thats using this phone number is telling me that somebody is using my email address over in Nigeria
