Received the same call today. Same scenario. The # I received the call from was 905.258.9229  and the # I can call in case of any questions: 416.548.5981. The other manager's name was Steve Carter.
The funny thing is that he heard my 11 months old son so he kept mentioning that kids are not allowed and I have to come with my husband. He was asking whether I can arrang somebody to be with my son in that time. And the whole process will tak apprx. 60-90 mins.

Just received the same call as others have described above. I told the manager (Shawn Marsh) that he should be able to scan the coupon I supposedly filled out and email it to me, but all he said was he would send me a blank coupon! (so I didn't provide my email!). I said I could not go before next week but he said that would be too late and to call him back at 416-548-5981 x100 if I changed my mind. Caller ID said his call was coming from 1-905-258-9219.

OMG, I literally just recieved the same call by the same two men two minutes ago. Thank God I decided to cheak it out on the internet to make sure that it wasn't a scame.

I recieved this marvellous phone call "You Won" and a list of fabulous prizes were quoted to me.

When we made arrangements for the "Gala Presentation" I was informed that only my wife and myself could attend - No Children - seating was limited.

I let them go through their spelle and when he hung-up  I immediately searched the address 216 Chrislea Rd, Woodbridge and found that it was a SCAM.

It is also good to have a partner of differing views, because although I was suspicous, my wife had huge alarm bells going off in her head about the information given over the phone. TRUST YOUR PARTNER DON'T GO

Same thing just happened to me. They started asking me if I was attractive and making comments about the fact that my boyfriend was too old for me. Asked if I am fat and if I will be having children with my boyfriend soon. Total creepers. Ladies, please do not fall for this and show up there! Complete scam!

i just received a phone call to this premium center that i won this prestigious prizes that will be draw when i will go to this 1510 drew rd. miss. to claim my prize... at first i knew already that this is a scam but i have to listen to this indian accent guy to let him know that I'm convince..and then later on he passed me to this Dr. Sam Richard with a husky voice that will give me a claim number but i have to give him the day and time that i can go there to claim my price.... sounds convincing if your first timer to receive a promotions call like this... but this is really a scam....

Dec 03.2009.  I received the same call.... but this time it was from the Premium Centre (Center?).  Same details was directed to me,  The number on the 3rd.dec was 905 258-9221.  This is real Scam

Got a CREEPY call from these scammers this evening. I stayed on the line and asked a whole bunch of questions and this is what I was able to get:
I 'apparently' signed up for this prize winning draw- they said at a shopping mall or one of 60 stores that this 'American' company contracts with to market their goods. Their pitch is that I or someone like my spouse entered a draw and I was one of a select 30 chosen from all of Ontario to receive 1 of 5 grand prizes. I was assured that there was no requirement to pay or financially commit to anything. The prizes ranged from wood furniture, an Alaskan cruise for 2, a 3 day holiday trip to Niagara Falls, Las Vegas, Orlando, etc., a 42 inch Toshiba flat screen. All I had to do was to go to their centre at a predetermined time to claim my prize and make some choices (such as whether I wanted an lcd, plasma or back-lit LED TV: LOL!!). And since we'd never met each other, I was instructed to bring my confirmation code and 2 pieces of ID.

So I get passed to the 'Senior Manager'; a fellow named 'James' at 416 548 5982, ext 2424, who speaks with the vocabulary and attitude of a spoiled teenager (he's obviously used to lying and scamming the public- what a low life). So I am instructed to come down to 1510 Drew Road, Mississauga, ON, near Dixie and Derry Roads- which is an industrial park near the airport... creeeepppYYYY, eh?!

Just before he gives me the winning confirmation code, he warns me not to show up with any kids or pets(!) So I ask if why I can't bring my kids. I mean, if there are no strings attached and no outlay of money, and if this is indeed legit then why can't I bring anyone under 14 years of age? So James gives me a lame excuse that the other prize winners may get irritated if any kids make a fuss. So I ask him straight up what 'lucky' people like me actually have to do/perform in order to claim my 'no-strings-attached' prize. He says its a 3 step process: 1) listen to an information session about the products in the grand prize, 2) have some refreshments- complimentary of course because we are grand prize winners, 3) make arrangements to get your prize home.
Aha! so I get it: these reptiles want me to schlep all the way up to some place near the airport to attend a high pressure scam session very much like the ol' DIRECTBUY scheme. There may be no funds required up front but you indeed give a few hours and gas money to go get your elusive prize. OK, so I get back to the NO KIDs thing (that really irritates me) and I ask why my well-behaved daughter cannot attend. Now James is getting more irritated. I tell him that Directbuy also runs a scheme where they lure you out to their building where they hold you captivated to a high pressure presentation and that bringing your kids may get in their way of running the scam effectively. Before I could fully express this and ask some more questions, James had had enough and simply cut me off.
So there you have it. Of course I smelled a rat the moment some anonymous telemarketer called me and informed me that I had won a 'grand prize'. But I had to explore it as much as I could in order to extract as much info as possible so that I could share it with the unsuspecting public. I hope you all found this informative.

Got this call tonight and while I was on the phone with the guy I decided to Google "1510 Drew Rd. Mississauga" and I'm so glad I did!! When I saw this thread I immediately hung up on the 'senior manager.' They had already verified that my age was 'between 27 & 65' and he could tell me my address but never mentioned my postal code, which made me realize it probably wasn't information from a ballot which would have all of that info filled in.
Grrr, scammers. I hope no one falls for it.

Same call as above.  I was persuaded to go but my skeptical husband who is always a stick in the mud discouraged me.   I was anxious to pickup my free 'whatever.'   Now I'm not totally stupid......I went on line and looked up the company by address and lo and behold......my stupid husband was right!  Our appt. is scheduled for this very moment and here we sit enjoying our free time with a glass of wine instead.   Good luck to the intrepid soul who actually has the nerve to put in an appearance at 1510 Drew Rd. Mississauge.

Not much to add to all the other reports other than my call had the name James, said his number was 905.581.0080 and that he was with Business Resources Group. Still the same address of 1510 Drew Road, Unit 6.

Found him just as creepy as everyone else and his accent / voice is dreadful!

Got a call on Dec 12/09, sounded like a scam, told me I entered a contest sometime this summer from Loblaws or No Frills,etc. Had prizes of TV, vacations, etc. I went to 1510 Drew Ave, Unit 6 just to see for myself. I was offered Hilton Resort, but read fine print and there's where the scam becomes obvious by wanting yu to put $100.00 on credit card and it would be refunded upon showing up at resort and you won't be on their reservation list upon arrival to resort. (THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS).
According to police fraud department, this is basically the way they can scam you pretty much legally without being arrested and shut down.  Bottom line protect yourself and hang up if any of this sounds familiar.
PUT THE WORD OUT ON THESE SCUM.

I had a call 10min. ago.Same thing Indian accent and prizes,I don't thing it is real.THANKS for sharing the scam.

Just received the same call as mentioned previously.  Caller with accent mentioned that we could win $1,500 cash, furniture worth $1,200, 42" LCD TV, Alaska Cruise, or a trip to Tampa, Florida, Niagra Falls or Las Vegas.
The caller ID # was 1-905-358-1235 but 'Allen' left a call back number 416-548-5982 Ext. 73.

Minutes ago I got the same call with exactly the same wording in expressions. The only thing that changed was the name of the manager - David (and I do not recall his last name) and the telephone number: 905-358-1212. The manager's number is 416-548-5982 ext 786.

Just got this call, said they were from Premium international centre, same address but i have a call back number! 416 548 5982 EX 121 Name: Ronny works from 1-9 p.m. Haven't tried the number so I'm not sure if it works. Prizes of a toshiba tv, alaskan cruise, 1500 cash furniture set or 1200 cash or a 3 days trip to cancun, niagara falls, somewhere in nevada, and one other location. First guy i talked to was named Stephen Richard. Pressed very hard for me to show up today or tomorrow, saying that they were off on sunday and monday(REALLY?!)... Wanted me today at 6 or 8 p.m. and tomorrow at noon,4,6,or 8. All the rest is the same except my coupon came from canadian tire or walmart... hmmm /: Not sure of the caller id but yeah.. really weird /:

Got the same phone call as the other people had - he said I had filled out a coupon and now am going to win a prize.  The guy said the company was called 'premium centre'.  Sounded fake so I hung up.  Why don't these people get a real job??  The phone number was 905-164-5033.

This scam outfit is also using 416-548-5984. They gave their address as 1510 Drew Rd., Unit 6, Mississauga, ON L5S 1W7. Didn't catch his name - Indian accent.

We had to go as a couple, otherwise they could not give you the prize.
When I said that I filled the ballot in my name, and not as Mr and Mrs. (that I never filled, anyway) he said that was company policy.
After I said that that before I was going there I would check with Best Bussiness Bureau, because I was recording the phone call, the "Senior Manager" hang up on my face.

Thanks so much for sending this message as I just got off the phone with the same scam artists who are now going under the name of Premiums International. A man with a thick Asian accent said I entered my name in a draw which I found already suspicious as I don`t usually fill out contest ballots. He told me that I must have filled it out at either Walmart, Canadian Tire, Loblaws or No Frills. He offered me the exact same 5 prizes and then passed me to his manager to confirm my name.
He told me that I had go to 1510 Drew Rd to redeem my prize. He then tried to book an appointment, and after I told him that I needed to consult my husband, he got a bit irritated and said that I obviously don`t believe that I won. I told him that I need time to discuss this with my husband as I don`t drive and I would need a ride. He told me that he would give me a half and call me back. Thank goodness for the internet because I checked Premiums International and found no results but, when I searched under 1510 Drew Rd. I found your article on this website. They almost got me too!!!
