All what you say is totally wrong, you can check the shop-and-ship website or download the application, this is an Aramex delivery option for people who can't get direct delivery from amazon or eBay, you open a free account with (Shop and Ship) and they will give you address in all countires, it's an Aramex Address with your name and code at the beginning, they charge you per KG/LB you just give them the weight and they will tell you how much it will cost you, I used it many time to buy items that cannot be delivered directly by Amazon to the UAE.
