I didnt speak to anyone. But they have called a few times. And leave no message.

I have received messages about important pre-legal attempts to contact me. I get texts and calls from various numbers, mostly blocked.
I have no idea what the pre-legal, super important, call yesterday messages are about.
I do have student loans, but highly doubt our President will pay them! How do they get away with harassment???

I received several calls from this number but didnt leave a voice mail - based on other comments I have now blocked them :)

This caller called my house yesterday on 6/15/16 left a message something about legal services and enforcement action was started against me . Caller ID says Lesley Owens  , didn't call them back SCAMMERS
Then the same caller called my cell phone the next day 6/16/16 I recognize the number from the night before  . Blocked the number

This number called me today twice but I didn't know the number so I didn't answer it. I searched the number and saw a number of complaints about being called . Phone showed the name Cindy Adams and the number (718) 713-6547.

Caller informed me that my nonexistent student loan was eligible for reduction thanks to President Obama. Hung up before the message finished, but considering I've never had a student loan I assumed it was a scam.

Just got the call from these peoples, knew right away it was a phishing call. Kept then on the line for about 25 minutes, giving all sorts of false information about my student loans. Let them think they were the best thing since sliced bread. Gave them a false name, address was a vacent lot, even the school names were bogus. When they tried to verify the made up credit card numbers I gave them, they got real nasty, demanded another number, so of course I made up another one. After some more verbal abuse on their end, they finally hung up. God i love these people.............

And to seek revenge, they share your number with other scammers.

Received unwanted calls.

This  number called my cell and is it now blocked, I let it ring and it did not go to voice mail. Once I blocked it, I decided to call it back to see exactly what it was since they no longer will be able to call my cell. I reached some recording about Magic Jack and that the number I called has not yet been assigned to a magic jack customer. Strange but at least it is blocked now.

I got an automated call claiming that Obama wanted to reduce my student loan rate and payment. I do have a student loan, but this sounded phishy to me. I pressed 1 to be connected to an agent. Someone who spoke ESL asked for my name. I gave a fake first name only. She asked if I had a student loan. I replied, "I do, but I want to know if you are a for profit company, or a government agency." She replied, "We are associated with the government." I asked, "Tell me SPECIFICALLY which government agency."
She hung up.
THIS IS SPAM.

Just called my cell phone. No message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Adding this # to the long list of blocked numbers in my phone.

No really guys, I'm not trying to scam you! I just happened to coincidentally call you all with false information about products and issues that don't exist and you don't have claiming you need emergency notification!

It only takes one answered call to put your number and the time of day you answered in a database. Then when your number is sold to other scammers along with what time someone will answer their call.

I never answer numbers that I don't recognize.  However, these evil guys are going to BURN one of these days for taking advantage of sick, elderly, or just unenlightened people who fall prey to their vicious tricks.   I don't know how some people can be so damn mean-hearted....

This number called with Tiffany about my student loans. A scammer for sure since I am now 50 and never had a student loan at all.

I think we need to start holding the phone company responsible, it is clear they are reported scammers yet the phone company continues to allow them access to phone lines. Hey phone company stand up and say No way. Stop taking their money to allow these criminals access to people who must at some point be making them money. They wouldn't keep trying to scam people of it never worked.

There are over 20 reports here where the the phone carrier knows  they have given these criminals access to phone lines where the number has been reported for multiple calls.

This is getting crazy.. I have gotten 2 calls from these morons back to back for several days from diff numbers.. Get the hint, don't have your number in my phone, not answering!!! Blocking!!! Grr

Got the call again today, I didn't answer, blocked the number and they call from another NY number!

Got a call from this number. Caller ID said NewYork.  Don't know anyone in NY. Didn't answer, no message left. Added number to my call filter app!

Liars and thieves.  The tip off was the 11 in front of the rest of the number.  011 is the exit code to allow you to access calling outside of your country.  Many of these calls are coming in from Canada.  They have managed to spoof the number of a real phone number but with cell phones, where my call came in, it's a little harder.  Just spam.  Delete it.
