Did not answer cell and they did not leave a message.  BLOCK!

Called my cell a few minutes ago.  More of the same garbage.  Looks like this number has been calling lots of folks today.

From Caller ID : Cindy Adams of New York City,  New York using a Magic Jack.

Caller claimed to be Lesley Owens calling from the United States Department of the Treasury, Department of Legal Issues.  They advised me in broken english to return their call immediately, as some type of enforcement has been started against me.  I was advised that I am being audited by the United States Department of the Treasury, Department of Legal Issues.  These thieves are using multiple spoofed numbers for this same scam.  I heard multiple people in the background speaking with an European accents, Hispanic accents, Indian accents & Asian accents it sounded like on telephones.  They sound like a large group of people scamming poor people from around the world.

received a call from this number - 718-713-6547 - no message as my answering has been shut off now for months to help reduce unnecessary calls from scammers

This number called me today and of course not knowing the number I didn't answer it.. After searching the number to see who it was I'm glad I didn't.  I've had this type of call before.. A couple of years ago.. Needless to say I'm still waiting for the police to show up and extradite me back to California... Where I have NEVER been by the way.. These type of people drive me nuts.

called me today about my student loans and they could help me with lower the interest using this number  I don't have any loans lol!

I got the (recorded) student loan services scam from this number.  Evidently the Dept. of Legal Affairs isn't making enough money...

Received a call today from 718/713/6547 at Ted Dept/ of Legal Affairs. I asked the address, caller hung up. Scam

Caller said that this phone number was flagged for student loan rate decrease cuz of Obama, blah blah blah

Called about the student loan reduction offer by President Obama.. All she needs is my name, ss#, amount of loan payoff.. I hung up once the Middle Eastern Accent kicked in..

This number called me claiming to be Cindy Adams, but it wasn't her.  It was just a robotic voice wanting to talk to a live operator....which was weird.

I let it go to voice mail. The message was recorded and cut off said press 5 or something. I didn't return call etc.
