This number keeps calling me over and over the caller has a heavy indian accent and it seems like he is reading it off of a written paper, they don't say what company they are from and they need to call them or have your attained attorney to retturn the call and it was extremely time sensitive and he said his name was steve brown. Be careful its a scam

Recieved a call from this number at my place of employment. They left a message with the receptionist and said they were from a DCA Law Office. Person's name was Kyle Spencer. I can not stand that they are calling my place of employment. How did they get my work number? Anyhow, do not call or respond to these messages. They are a scam and I have been a victim once before.

Got a call from 718-841-6454 it came up on me caller ID as "unavailable" but my daughter got the same call and got the number, they were threatening a law suit for over $5,000.00. they called twice, and I hung up on them twice, I have no idea where they got all our information like, the last 4 digits of our checking account number, and then I didn't answer and they left a message,  I asked when I was served and he said through my email address.  His voice has middle eastern accent.  He tried to make me believe my husband got a loan and never paid it.

got a call from 7188416454 asking for my husband. Strong indian accent, said my husband took a pay loan and never payed it. In formed him he never did. kept arguing the fact. Did know my husbands ss# and our bank information.

I remember a yr ago I looked into a pay loan on line but never took it.

They called my job too. I reported them and have a case with FTC.

They called me also, wanting $ 500.00 for a loan, or they would take it to the court, for $5000.00 court fees

Got the same message as ds.Will be reported to my county and state court to file charges on me.I wll have pay over $5000.00 in court and fees.Called my job 3 times today.They were calling for cpa.He stated that was a company called cash partners of america.They need to leave people alone.

Same as earlier...on my caller ID is the # 4 416 366 5566...message from Steve Brown is to call 718 841 6454..
he advises that "...only thing to say is to wish you good luck..,,you or your attorney need to call as as soon as possible....time sensitive issue...." No company name or information is given..only Steve Brown's name.
How do people or agencies as this get personal information? A foreigh accent, Indian. This has been reported to the authorities

Received a phone call from this number today.  the little turd had a heavy middle east accent which i couldn't understand.  they told me that there was a law suit against me and that i needed to call or have my attorney call them.  this is unreal on how lazy, low life people try to SCAM us hard working americans.  I will not reply or send anything to these spineless people.

I got this same call today at work they took a message but I tryed call it back and it to came back on my cell phone as the 44163665566 and when i asked what kind of a number is this they said it was a switch borad number these guys are liars! I just wish there was something we could do and get them arrested. For scaming

Yes, I got a call from this number as well. Stating that I have 3 charges against me for forgery check, money laundry, and writing counterfeit checks as well. The person on the line goes by the name of Alex and stated that I needed to turn myself in to my local sheriff Department, and I was going to be serve papers on Oct. 13, 2011. Also, stated that me or my attorney need to this call this number and was time sensitive and he wish good to my future and say" May God Bless me". I have reported this to my District Attorney office and the sheriff department as well. He was asking for $5,000.00 saying I will be pick up and taking to jail for the money that I owe a Payday Loan. Which I do not do payday loans over the internet in first beginning.  I can someone try to ruin someone else life by doing such cruel things to innocent folks. I will be glad when this clowns are brought to Justice for all of us.

I received a call yesterday and again this morning for me and my attorney to call them.  Its basically the same thing all the others have mention about fraud and grand theft.  I hope these loosers get caught as soon as possible.

This number has been calling me constantly & is calling my job. Basically stating I stole money by not repaying and fraud, all types of things. I told him I would have my lawyer contact them on this matter. Maybe he will not call again.

On friday, Oct 21st I thought my colleague just prank call me. this indian accent turd left me a voice mail harrassing me over stollen money from Payday Loan or something and I let my husband listen to the voice mail. He said don't attend it it's a scammer. Well today, Oct 24th they have called my office and I have answered the call. OMG! They got all my informations from my ssn#, home address, office and etc (basically an Identity fraud). They were telling me all about me stealing some money from Payday Loan that was debited to my checking account and I didn't pay it back that I will have to find me a Lawyer coz tomorrow they are serving me a suphena that i will pay $5k. I was freaked out because I know I haven't loan any money esp I didn't steal any money from anybody. They told me it was debited to my checking account (which was already closed since dec 2010). well to be in safe side, i went to my bank and let them check my old checking account to see if there was any transaction made with Payday Loan, and they did checked everything... there was none. So I just felt so relieve by then and also after reading all your messages here. My husband work for Identity and Theft Bureau, he told me  to call one of the credit company that run our credit score to put a freeze on our credit report. Which I did. I suggest you guys do the same. These people will be caught one day. And they should rot in jail!

These callers are illegally representing themselves as law enforcement when they are not. It is a violation of the Rosenthal Fair debt Collection practices Act and of Ca Civil Code 1788.1 for them to call in this manner. In addition they cannot call u if the case has been settled (Ch 7 or Ch 13) or if they have been instructed to only call your attorney. Nevertheless they do it anyway. If you have an attorney let them know and perhaps if we all take legal action we might put these scammers and illegal collectors out of business. On top of all NEVER take out payday type loans from an online company that does not also have regular offices. They violate all laws (Charge 30% every 2 weeks instead of the legally allowed 17.65% in California) and violate all collection laws. Being from or having an address from an Indian reservation does not exemp them from federal law.

The bad thing is, in my case I never even deal with any payday loan or any loan company at all. (except for the bank)... wish they will be caught and throw their little a** in jail!

We have been getting several of these messages.  These jerks are reading from a script and they all leave the same message.  Ryan O'Conner, Steven Brown, Mike Anderson, Dan Morgan...they all have the same accents and in all likelihood are calling from a call center.

Got a call from them stating that I stole $300.00 from a loan company that I didn't do. They stated that they where from Department of Corprate Affair Law Office in New York. The gentlment name was suppose be Cheif Charles Jones, and he was rumbling on that I laundry money and somebody will be at my resident tomorrow at 11 am to arrest me, he als stated that the state and constable of Pennsylvania along with their people will be there. He also stated if I don't go with them I will shot and killed, along with threats to family members and friends. I stated bring on, I don't owe nobody nothing just try it. I also stated this to him, "by the way my nd landlord is the constable and he has information about this" he changed his attiude quickly, but he still rumble on about legal actions against, before he hung up after getting mad he stated that finr is now $5,541.32. I told good luck.
I am going to call them back tomorrow and talk to him and I am going to tell him that my lawyer want his address so that he can file an action suit for threating, harresment and fine a countersuite of $1,000,000.00 against him and his company. One more thing he had a very heavy India accsent and had a hard time understanding him.

this number called to harass my mother ,whom is older and not in the best of health, about my brother in law...saying he owed money for a loan that was a federal offence and he used her for a reference so they were coming to pick her up tomorrow...she said he called himself charles xavier...and had an oriental accent..was very demanding....she reported it to the state police as did my brother in law whom also was harrassed the same day...all day....my mother is ok but was very upset.....to the point she thought she was gonna have a heart attack....something needs done!!!

It's 11 and no one showed up, I called that number back strange that number is not in service. Found out that DCALaw office and they cloy closed last year.
