This guy is CRAZY.  I got a lengthy message from a person with a thick Indian accent, stating his name is James Brown.  The message was very firm, stating a return call must be made the second the message was received, and something about a court matter.  None of it made any sense whatsoever.  I called the place, asked for James Brown, of course the person who answered the phone and initially identified himself as someone else (but sounded exactly like the James Brown who left the message), took my call.  I gave him the phone number he called minutes earlier and told him to delete it from his records, as the person he was looking for was not at that number.  I spoke slowly, loudly and very clear.  He pulled up a file and repeated the phone number and persons name - I said, YES, however this is not that person's number, DELETE this number from your system immediately and do not call here again.  He asked me to repeat the number SIX (6) times - of course I fell for it the first 3 times, thinking he honestly couldn't understand me; then I realized he was screwing with me.  I told him my lawyer would be contacting him and hung up.  

As everyone else stated, THIS IS A SCAM!!

Home, work and cell got a call yesterday and then my home got one today from a Monica Smith-she had an Indian type accent and said the same thing that's been said before-party to a lawsuit, will be picked up and today mentioned my brother and mother-in-law. They even asked for me by the wrong name--Paul instead of Paula and when I explained there was no Paul she asked to leave her number and name. They have done this before and it's getting old.  I just hang up on them but think this time I will report it to the police.

I get the same messages, I did actually answer it one time and I was told by Angela Morgan that my case would be going to court tomorrow or I could set up payment for my defaulted pay day loan right now with a debit card.  I asked him were the court house was so I could go fight the case myself and he said he couldn't tell me just that the police would be there to arrest me tomorrow if I didn't pay right then. I just hung up.

getting calls from this same number however its for my 81 year old mother who is ill wanting to get her information to sell her diabetic supplies he tells me he will keep calling her the only problem is my mom doesn't answer the phone i or my dad do and my dad is hard of hearing and he just hangs up because he can't understand their broken english and this jerk keeps telling me he will continue to call well enough is enough

My mom, 84, keeps getting these calls, too. They call but do not leave any message, but call early in the morning. my dad recently died and I think they are trying to sam her for money. She has NO loans so do not know why they would call for that. I am reporting the number.

I keep getting calls from this number at all hours of the day but mostly early in the morning. I have NO debts so cannot figure who they are but they persist.
