Rang twice; I answered; they hung up!

Got a call at 2:30 am! Woke me up thinking it was some sort of emergency from a loved one. Didn't answer, they didn't leave a message...but I was awake now so I thought I would find out WHO actually DID call me. So, I googled the number and here is where I come to find out it is just another worthless scammer. Go figure.

"Ameyo" woke me up from a sound sleep at 2:54 a.m.  I just pulled the phone jack plug from the wall, so I didn't get treated to any accented voice trying to scam me.

Called us at 3:12 AM and again at 3:23 AM EST.  Called came from Colorado Springs,
CO on MST.  Hung up when we answered.

Got a call from this number at 0540 CDT this morning! That would be 0440 MDT in Colorado. Most likely a VOIP call from India clueless about the time zones. With all these complaints, this must be a scam operation.

Don't bother with these websites, they produce no results. File your complaints directly with the FCC at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.

We have recently started receiving calls from this number a few times a day.  The caller ID says "Colorado Caller".  Usually the line hangs up when I answer, but there have been times when a male or female voice with a very heavy accent will try to verify our business address.  They do not introduce themselves, just start listing the address.  Today I got a male voice, and when I asked who it was he said "Peter" with Business to Business Solutions wanting to mail some information to an employee.  I told him that employee was no longer with our company, and to please remove our number from their call list.  He said "Ma'am, I'm not trying to sell you anything," so I just repeated myself.  There was silence on the line, so I hung up.

Yesterday I did the same thing but with a female voice, and she simply said "Ok, thank you Ma'am" and hung up.  Wish they'd all be like her....

the reason they hang up is probably that they dial 10+ numbers at the same time and talk to whomever answers first, hanging up on the rest. This saves their valuable scamming time.

They keep calling my mobile work number and hang up, leave no voice mail if I don’t answer…  Today alone (June 12, 2013) I received 5 calls within just one hour.  Really annoying.

I received a call and they promptly hung up and I had a missed call earlier from them.  After reading this forum, I suggest everyone respond by saying, SURE!  The address is.... and then given them the address of your local police department.  Maybe the "manager" can be the name of the deputy sheriff.

I always look at my caller ID first, and if it's from another state, I will just answer and not say anything.  You know, with these autodial calls, there is a pause before they say anything.  If someone with an accent says Hello, I will say, No Inglash, No Inglash, as if I can't speak English.  LOL!  They will get frustrated and hang up.  This time, no one was there and it disconnected.  Whoever it is is just trying to verify that it is a working number so they can call again. The number 719-219-7349 calls our office several times a day.  The caller keeps asking for the owner & saying he has a package for the owner.  I never let the caller speak to the owner.  Other times when the same number calls, they hang up as soon as they hear my voice.

got numerous calls from them, no message left.  I am on the DNC list.. glad that is working.

I received a call from this number and ameyo showed up on the caller id.  I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message.  So as far as I'm concerned, it was not an important call.  After a little research, it appears to be either a scam or a telemarketer, neither of which I desire to talk to.  There's a neat little app called "CallFilter".  And it's free.  You can configure it so that it will answer the incoming call after 1 ring and then it will hang up on the caller.  So I have placed this number in my "CallFilter" app.  Time is a terrible thing to waste.  I don't waste theirs, and they're not going to waste mine...

My business line rings in my home for emergency calls.  Call from this number came in shortly before 1am. Very nice.

Called my business line @ 4:15 am.  ID said amyeo.  the voice main box is "full"  I think it is a scam company that wants to see if the number works, then they want information to use for a future scam.  My advice it to either yell in the phone, or don't answer.

They called at 3;34 AM. They hang up after 4 rings, before I got to the phone. I have a couple of sick relatives and even if the area code was not familiar to me, i still couldn't get back to sleep.
