I got a call at 2:30 am very rude

Call from this number on Sunday morn at 5:30a.m. then again at 6:30a.m. One day to sleep late and obviously I was one unhappy little lady!!!!

yes, called at 1:51 in the morning with NO ONE there.  So annoying and it ruined the weekend.
With all of these complaints, how do they continue to operate?

Its a scammer working from outside the US, calling from a country where scamming dumb Americans is not considered a crime and the local police do not cooperate with US police.  The phone number is spoofed.

They are using a robo-dialer to call several numbers at one time, talking to the person who calls first and ignoring the rest. When someone answers they try to con that person into sending them money.  They are counting on the victim to be half asleep and not recognize the con.  

They make thousands of calls.  They get enough victims to fall for it to cover their cost to make the calls and make a decent living by the standards in their country.

Has called twice in the past week.  Did not leave any message when it went to voicemail.  When I answered in person, I heard nothing.

today, 9/23/2013 received another call from the 719-219-7349 number...no one responded
googled the number and found these messages
called the number several times and got what sounded like a recorded message in spanish

They are calling in the middle of the night. I want it to stop. Any suggestions? Please!

Called at 4 a.m. in the morning and called another day at 11 p.m.

They called me at 3:30 am.  I thought someone had died.  Just called again and hung up.  Why can't
someone do something to stop this?  Is there anyone to report them to? They're driving me crazy!!!

These AH's called at 1:32 am--no one there when I answered

I got a call from them at 2:30 am! The hung up when I answered. They have even called I 430am. I filed a complaint with consumers deportment.

Please post how to eliminate the ability for the company using this number to operate. They call about every two hours all night long.

sounds like slamming, you know, when they just try to get you to say "yes" to some dumb questions.   No need to waste your time answering calls from this number.

They called today but I didn't answer. Why? Because caller id states them as Colorado Caller .. from Colorado Springs, CO

I got a few missed calls from this number. Now that I picked up, the caller hung up.

This number calls constantly- They never leave a message.  Once I picked up, and there was no one on the other end.   Today this number called again (after I blocked them).  Showed up on my phone as a call from Russia +7(192)197-34-9.... Only I'm certain it's the same number I just blocked on my phone 719-219-7349.  Again no message.

The caller, Out of area ( displayed as ID  on our phone ), called us @ 10:35.We opted not to answer unwanted call on the spot per 1. Suggestion of www.ftc.gov. (www.donotcall.gov.).2. The actual caller will get pay from employer. I returned the cal hiding our number 15 minutes later, a soft lady message: " Sorry, the number you reached is not in services. please.....etc.: I believed this the caller's message.
