Call with no message.

Missed call, no message.

Calls frequently, leaves no msg and hangs up when phone is answered.

Called and asked for Mark Kelley - I said they had the wrong number. They said " So do you know who Mark Kelley is?" I said "no", they kind of laughed and hung up. I thought it was weird.

Called, I did not know the number so let it go to voicemail. They left a 'message' of someone just stting on the other end of the line not talking. Could hear a little background noise, so wasn't as if they had hung up. Just left a message of silence about a minute long.

Debt collection agency. Said they had served me with papers, which they didn't. Very weird.

You have the wrong number/person. Don't know the guy--can't help you.

Just a low life attorney

One of many I get calls from. They either hang up right away or let it ring and hang up right before the machine picks up sometimes I get a heavy breather. I'm disabled and do not work, what do they want from me? The name they left was Myrina Celella.

Called look for a Jennifer, not me as I am Tom.  Sounded like a debt collector.

Scott Lowrey Law offices, low life lying debt collector.

Received a call and was told that they are a debt collector and were looking for a female. Very rude and asked them to remove my number from their list. He said it would take 48hrs for it to take place.

I would not rely on what he told you. These operations are known for calling outdated numbers. I know this because I have received calls for those I never heard of. I would inform them that they had the wrong number and continued calling.

I can’t find any information on the alleged attorney in Oklahoma.
Remember that you have rights in this matter:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
