I have credit cards that Comenity "Bank" holds the account for. Overstock,com, Haband, Full Beauty, Brylane Homes & Blair are all retailers that Comenity holds the accounts for.  I was late with a payment a couple of times and the very next day after the due date, they blew my phone up with calls from 8am to after 7pm.

It's from Comenity Bank. They hold the accounts for multiple retailers. Overstock.com. Brylane Homes, Full Beauty, Haband and Wayfair are some of the retailers. If you have any of these and are even 1 day past the due date they will torment you with  multiple phones calls beginning 8am right after the due date!

The word "Punk", was supposed to be "Pink". I don't know anything else, other than this one company, as they they asked for my wife and would speak to her, without telling me who they were. The first couple of times they did this, my wife wasn't with me, the third time however, she was, and took the call. It was their collection department. We paid them, even though we were behind a little bit.
They can be very agressive, and at other times ask for personal info, such as ssn, etc...

It's not a scam - at least not for me - it's Comenity Bank and that is who I have my Ulta charge card through.  I'm late on my payment this month and that is why they called.  However it does bug me that they don't leave a message and I have to search for the phone number on the internet to see who it is.

They state: "this is a personal business matter and I can't discuss any further until I can speak to ___________."   The good thing is that I know who his calling me now because in reading all of your posts, I realize I that need to pay my Bealls card.  They don't waste time calling up the cardholders all official like that and I am a couple of weeks late.  Thanks to all.

Comeny Bank - they are a bank that has Torrid, GameStop, Zales, New York & Company etc. There are several department stores that use Comeny bank as their credit card company. Call is for a late payment for one of my cards. It's legitimate. Not that I am happy I'm late, just that the call is on the level

This is Comenity Bank. They aren't an actual bank, but they do hold the accounts for all of those companies and Ulta as well.

My mother has been receiving phone calls from as early as 7am to as late as 9pm. They call multiple times a day from this number and 1-913-312-9495. This is ridiculous. My mother doesn't have any debt. She's on SSI. She needs every dime and yet they won't stop harassing her. She just sends it to VM but they never leave a msg. Why dont they leave a msg if they are a legitimate business....?

Comenity uses lots of numbers but only a hand full of area codes, so if you don't have call blocking just ignore these area codes...

This is a Comenity Bank.  A Lane Bryant bill is late.  THEY ARE PESTY & RELENTLESS!

I thought these people weren't allowed to call before 8:30. I got a call at 8 a.m.! Unacceptable! And no message!

ive gotten calls from multiple  phone numbers from commit  they range from colorado and ohio, i also downloaded extreme call blocker off the app store and got the paid version i drop all numbers in it that i dont want to talk to it just hangs up on them doesnt allow them to leave a voicemail.

it is comenity Bank. They process payments/ are the credit card issuer for  lots of retailers.  I have 2 accounts with them a Boscovs and Big Lots. Hopefully that'll help you figure out which account they're calling about

It's _Comenity_ bank, not "entity" as stated above. They're calling me in regards to my Meijer credit card. Maybe that helps.
