I got a couple missed calls from this number, should i just continue to ignore this number?

They just called me again and i actually answered. She told me I was going to be entered in a one million dollar lottery and that i would receive either a man or womans watch. I said " So what am i supposed to do?" meaning, what the hell do you want me to sign up for. And she said "Nothing" and hung up. This is crazy. Remember when you could call back and ask for someone with authority?!? Even if you did, they would probably be laughing right besides them.

I recieved a call from this number and when I told them that I couldn't hear them they called me from phone number 866-394-9149 a minute later. Telling me that I was entered into a 1 million dollar drawing that they are going to draw the winner Dec. 31, 2010. They said they got my number from a credit card that I had which they weren't sure that I had, I told them that yes I had a Visa and they continued to offer me a free men or womens diamond watch and told me that they were going to take care of the shipping and handling so I agreed, they neverasked where to send it to.  Tey then wnt to oferme free magazines which one of them was the O (Oprahs) magazine, when I said that I would take it, they then asked for help for the shipping and handling, when I said that I didn't have any money they then said that they were going to connect me to the automative system, and the PHONE WENT DEAD, THEY HUNG UP.  But they did get my email address.

The call came to my fax line and of course went unanswered. I usually refuse to give out my phone number to businesses  that I don't trust, but when they insist I give my fax line.  On occasion I have given the number for Dial a Prayer.  Even so, people still call even though I'm on the Do Not Call list.
That's when caller ID comes in handy, I just don't answer.

They keep calling my grandmothers phone number asking for me, I have never given out her number and I'm confused as to how they've gotten it. When she tells them I don't  live there they are extremely rude to her and then hang up. I called them using a blocked number, they say they're a company called IMC and that I just won a MILLION DOLLARS! How excited am I? Not at all. I told them to take the number off and he hung up on me.
