I keep getting calls from this area code but I don't answer. They don't leave any messages either.

This number is scam.
They calling me almost every day automatic machine telling me that i am quilifiled for Credit card apr %6 and when the machine transfer me to a live represenitive it was she who answer and imediatelly asking for Credit Card account number. I told her what is this about anyway and you didnt tell me your name or any info she imediatelly hang up the phone.
This is hacker and scamer Beware.

728 is an invalid area code. How did you call them?

Out of my area, I didn't pick up, waited for a message, there was none..  found this site..  thanks for having a place to log this kind of garbage that the phone companies don't track and done send proper ID's with.
I put it on my blocked list..

Called and said i could lower my credit card interest rate to 6% then put me on hold for 15 min wait I hung up and added their number to my reject list.

Didn't answer! I called back after 10 minutes and said uncompleted as dialed!
Gotta be a scam!

Called twice this morning - didn't answer either time.  Others have reported this # as a scam

Just got a call from this number 728-772-5429 left no message what amazes me as I am on a do not call list registry.  Sick of scammers calling.

Just got missed call from my burner phone (work phone) at 1626, 29-May-2015. Did not answer, left no message.

when i dialed back recording says - "you have reached a non-working number".  so aggravating.

Received a call from this number Lower your current credit card interest rate. I do not keep credit balance if if possible anyway figured it was a robo call. Pushed the number to speak to a rep. When they came on the line I asked to be removed from their call list, the reply "I'll bet you would!" Then then of course they hung up... I was so angry it's time to get these scammer a dose of their own medicine.  Called the number back said it was not a working number.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Credit card services - must be a franchise - the number is different but message is always the same - from Lisa even though someone else answers the call after a few minutes being told you are number 3, 24, 3, etc. - how many potential suckers do they call? I wanted to hear another scam pitch so I pressed 1.

Sandy came on the phone and asked if I wanted to lower my interest and I said yes. She said if I gave her my credit card numbers she would immediately reduce my interest to 12 percent and also send me an "Extreme Restraints" catalog with coupons for $50. worth of any sex videos or toys of my choice! OMG!!! Call block is now in use on that number.

You can't call back; it's a fake area code.
