I just received the same letter that everyone else did however instead of watsonbrooks.com mine was from bradleytate.com.upon looking both sites up i found they were the same. My contact person was sandra wallace. I did call and talked to Tim Lindsay.
He stated that he was from an awards claiming company. His company was hired by SRT Travel an up and coming travel agency trying to get their name out there.I said yes to going to the meeting but am very skeptical therefore i looked up info and found this site.i will not be attending though.

Wow, what a surprise.  I got a letter from Julie Bell, VP Travel Awards Division of Chapman Lane (www.chapmanlane.com   no real info here). Letter was hand addressed (how professional) and postmarked Phoenix, AZ.  Called the number 302.526.5048, a DE number, talked to "Cindy".  Her call back # is 866-981-5904.  NOTE: no reports on calls from that number...yet.  All we have to do is set up an appt to visit SRT Travel's new "showroom" and we'll receive 2 airline tix worth $1,400. WOW, what a deal! LOL  Funny, only SRT Travel found when googled was based in India! What a surprise.
Guess we're not taking that free vacation :(

I got the same letter from Loretta Sage, VP Travel Awards Division.  I called the 302-536-5142 number and spoke to Timothy.  After I gave him my zip code, he told me they were running a word of mouth campaign for  SRT Travel, new agency in Newark, DE.  All I needed was the appointment to meet with them and the tickets were mine.  Reservation number 866-981-5904.  When I Google'd SRT Travel, I found this site and the blog.  I did a Yellow Page search for SRT Travel Agency in Newark, DE.  No hits.  If you Google info@stevenscole.com there are no hits, you need to enter the www.stevenscole.com website directly to get them.  They describe themselves as an Awards Redemption Agency with locations around the country.

Ok guys and gals <<<<THIS IS A SCAM>>>>> for sure...   they are also going under the name "steven cole"..   "www.stevenscole.com"..  i would advise reporting it asap, ive already made a police report.

Heres some other research ive done just so you know:

"Spoke with Megan: 303-218-9923x10 was given an address to go to:
    1720 S Bellaire St, Ste 308
    Denver, CO 80222
Code for the building is 119 and I'm supposed to be there the night of July 22nd, 2009.
I'm supposed to have a major credit card and photo id to get in.
Does my middle finger count as a major credit card? I'm not even going to bother to cancel my 'appointment'. Although I am considering scam baiting.
    Caller: Watson Brooks"

    -Different company names
    -Identical websites
    -Different contact phone numbers
    -Different "go to" addresses
-No one has ever got a real phone call from them
-Enevlope dated 29th, letter dated 26th.
-There is no identification from who they are going through to get your info
    -Different names when you call

If anyone has more info please add to the list! :-) Happy scamming!

I recieved the letter today from Hoffman Sims, stating that I won two airline tickets.  Come to 875 AAA blvd Newark, DE.  They gave me a number to call back, 866-981-5904. And they'll give me a $50 certificate to the restaraunt of my choice to pay for a sitter.  Smells of a scam.

    I went.

At first I was a little nervous.  It was at an old abandoned warehouse, 4400 Pacific.  When I first got inside, they informed everyone that we would be getting a slight anesthetic from a nurse, while they carve a tiny "V" in our necks to make sure there is skull.

Then the leader proceeded to inform us that there are aliens among us, and they have been here for years.  They only masked their true identities under a shell of skin.  They are really reptiles that are going to eat us, after they give us universal health care.

Worst part, after 90minuts, no airline tickets.

Amy is now Cynthia Hart and the letterhead reads Fisher Wells. Phone number is 800-368-8628.

Otherwise, everything is similar to what others have received. To wit: Phoenix postmark, hand-written cover envelope, identical text about winning two tickets. No previous phone calls despite their claim to having tried calling.

I should add that South Carolina and California have been added as Fisher Wells locations along with NY, AZ, NJ, FL, DE and TX . They now have a website which I checked out. It consists of a single page adorned with smiling faces. They describe themselves as an "awards redemption agency."  Pure scam.

this is actually for serenity travel. They use srt travel because it makes it harder to find information on these guys in newark delaware. They are being investigated by the delaware attorney general and they appear to have links to a company in new jersey that is being sued by their attorney general.

serenity travel complaints, srt travel complaints
    is srt travel legit.

everything they will sell you for over 3k you do do yourself for free with enough net searches
