Called but would not speak

I'm never home and my home # is unlisted yet they call me several times weekly.

Caller ID say MVP.
I think RCN sold my phone number/info to telemarketers...

They need to stop!

they called yesterday, I was not home they never left a message
So I added them to my Ooma black list, so if they ever call back
they will get endless ringing, and my phone stays silent

I receive a call every day and they just hang up - wish they would say something or stop calling period.

Called.  Left no message!

Is there a way to report this number as I have been getting these calls 2 or 3 times daily also.  No one answers when you pick up.  It is extremely annoying.  Can the phone company help at all? Can the police department handle it? Any ideas to stop these calls would be appreciated as I have illness in the family and  am waiting for important information regarding close relatives.

Motor Vehicle Protection, Selltel, Warrantybynet, National Protection Service, National Protection Plan, etc. Their corporate # is 1-732-920-8700. Owners are David Gartenberg (ext. 104) and son Evan Gartenberg (ext.113) out of Brick,N.J.. Customer Service Manager is Carla Maxwell. CALL AND COMPLAIN!! They keep calling even if you're on Federal Do Not Call list!

I reported them to the feds today. I've had it.

Picked and this guy tries his best to outtalk me," our records indicate you have a vehicle with under a 100,000 miles on it",so I said so and he wanted to verify mileage and type of vehicle? I your records are so good you tell me the mileage and type of vehicle and he hung up!

I keep getting a call from this # and they just hang up when I answer. The caller ID just shows MVP w/ the #.

These people are relentless.  My caller ID for them is MVP.

Company goes under many names: Motor Vehicle Protection, Selltel, Inc., Selltel of Fla., Inc., Warrantybynet, National Protection Service, National Protection Plan, etc. Their corporate # is 1-732-920-8700. Constantly call. Caller ID shows up as MVP

Im a teenager in the younger years. I got a call from this number and he said is something donavitch there? I said no you have the wrong number. He asked if there was an adult there. Im not gonna lie so i said no. He said i thought so. Good luck now. and he hung up.

It's amassing they are still allowed to be in business when this has been going on for over two years. Go to the National Do Not Call Registry and report them like I did. Maybe then they will finally get shut down.

They call and do not leave a message. Caller ID reads, "MVP".

Calls from this number are solicitations for you to renew your vehicle warranty. Many pseudonyms used to mask the originating scammers. Catch them if you can.

Going to report this company for fraud. First of all, they represented themselves as "Kia Warranty Department". They told me that my 2-year old vehicle was out of factory warranty. They went on to say that as it was the 2007 model, that even though I bought it with no mileage on it, it was considered a "used" vehicle and not a "new" vehicle at the time of purchase and was therefore not covered by the factory 5 year, 60.000 mile warranty.
I asked for their name and address so that I pass information on to my dealer. They refused to give it to me.
Beware everyone. She had me quite convinced on the phone that my vehicle was truly out of warranty and that I needed to pay big premium to secure warranty for my vehicle.

They call just now and yes I picked up the line, all I did was listen expecting them not to answer.  This time there was a voice with this call wondering if someone picked up, my suggestion to you all is not talk to them and just listen.  Since they are wasting your time, just waste their by not talking to them. Who knows you might just learn something about them, they are bound to give you information for you to use against them. Remember pick up but don't talk just listen

They did a similar thing to my son. Asking if an adult was home. then saying our address with the comment good luck before hanging up.
