Woman just called me about an extended warranty on my car. I ask for her authorization number. She transferred me to her 'supervisor.' I repeated my request for her authorization number. I explained that if you call my number without proper caller ID, you must have an authorization number, which will tell you exactly when you are permitted to call. Otherwise, this is a legal cease and desist notice. You are hereby notified to cease and desist all contact with this number. There is a $25 notification and processing fee. Your legal debt is now $25. A $100 late fee will (*) be assessed monthly to any outstanding balance to your account on the first of each month. Your consent to this is automatic. Hanging up on this call does not exonerate you of your legal debt. All payments are made by Paypal to (********). Thank you for your swift cooperation in resolving your legal debt. Have a nice day.

The asterisk is where she hung up. Since she does not know where to send payment, I will simply wait a few months and then put the debt on their credit report.

Scumbags selling garbage extended warranty to the unwary. Put on ignore list.

Possible ID thief?

These people will not stop calling me. They call at least 3-4 times every week and at all times of the day. I ask to speak to a supervisor and a "director" level comes on. They promise to remove my number and sure enough they call again. They just called me again and I swear I nearly had an aneurysm screaming at them... I'm still shaking and head is buzzing.

I am going to try finding out who the principals of the corporation and their phone numbers so that I can start calling them at home.

Called work first from 732-807-5611 and asked for a name that does not work here. Then called back a few minutes later from this phone 732-918-9299 and asked for the owner by shortened first name he does not go by. When probed for more info, claims personal matter and hangs up when he realizes he's not getting anywhere. Pests.

Wife answered call. Caller indicated that he could not speak to her, HAD to talk to me. Impossible- I work night shift. He claimed wife was "not on the account" (true because suspected vehicle, absolutely current AND ahead on payments, is titled in my name only because the dealership preferred to do it that way because her credit was not being considered). One Google search and a look at caller id confirmed my suspicions. I will mention that if the manufacturer and/or dealership sold this information to these third-party shysters, it would be Chrysler/dodge and the Kunes Auto Group respectively. Oh yes, the car was bought used, making the dealership the likely mole.

I keep receiving calls from this number regarding service warranty on my car - which I do not have!  I don't know how they got both my cell phone number and work number, but there should be a way of stopping this!

They have called me on several occasions. I didn't know at first what Liberty AP was so I finally answered. They wanted to extend a warranty on a car I no longer have for at least 4 years now. If I don't answer I get something in the mail from them to call them immediately. I just answered one this morning and told them to quit calling as I no longer have that car. I know they have called me in the past and asked if I would like to warranty my current car. I said no thanks and hang up. I highly doubt they will quit calling, probably now for the car I currently have...

Dealer Services/liberty Automotive. ..  S C A M!  Thsee people are scum.  They continue to call 3 - 5 times a week.   I continue to tell them to #$$/ off!  I think they like it!   Being nice does not work.   They will say that you have been recorded.   BIG DEAL!  I hope they listen very closely...

And how exactly do you put a debt onto their "credit report"? I am not down for their scams but being less than honest here helps no one. There is now way you can just "put" a debt on a business credit profile nor could you even substantiate the debt of you could.

This is a scam they got me over 2 months ago they told me 2 different company names I got my money back by my bank dont let this happen to you. (This is not "scam suspicion" this is a scam weird how they dont give you that option oh well).
