I receive a text message from these people saying l owe them sums of money .its gotta be a scam. Never heard of Spring Oak Capital collection or debts collector .l dont have a debt and dont anybody nothing

I have discover that these people are running a scam.this is what l encounter a text were sent to me saying  that. L owe a debt it were from Spring Oak Capital collection Company and debit l owe them. was 2 grands I 'm like. Saying Huh? I never have heard of this Company and never have any business with them.And definitely dont owe nobody any debit.Who do these people think is going yo fall for the bull crap..duh.thats joke.

Since you received a text, you could forward it to 7726 (SPAM), but it is doubtful that would stop the texts in this case because they are from an actual debt collection company.
Rather, read the fourth post from the top of the first page for this number, where you will find the address where you should send a "Not Me" letter (via certified mail, and request a return delivery receipt) to officially let them know that they are contacting the wrong person.  You may not owe any debt, but you apparently have the same name of someone who does, so you need to let them know they are barking up the wrong tree.

(Try to cut back on your use of periods, it makes your post harder to understand than it should be.)

Received text from Spring Oaks Capital. LLC. Said I could settle debt (that I don't have) for $61.29 a month for 19 months. SCAM.

I did what was suggested above. My phone company said they would take care of it.
