Called my cell and my work number and left no message - called them back and he says "Good Afternoon this is Morgan and Associates, Alex speaking" in heavy accent.

I've gotten phone calls from the same company pretending to be a law firm. They threatend to sue me for a payday loan i took out 2yrs ago. Out of fear I paid $700.00, then two months later they called again pretending to a diffrent law firm.  I caught on to the scheme this time, these people need to be reported.

They called me as well...  I called the police.....  fcc I have called everyone I think I could about these people and they wont stop!!   the police told me that they can be actually trying to collect debit....  they are liars cheats and scum...  do not fall for the whole we are going to sue you... ask for documents and everything you can...  if they decline than you decline to pay... and tell them the call is being recorded...  if possible record for your records in case there is something on your credit report that should not be there these people got your info from somewhere and who knows what they know exactly!!  (social, bank info...  you never know)

They've harassed me nonstop today. I knew from the first call it was a scam. I live in NJ. I'm disabled and don't work...why would I get a payday loan??? Told them I knew they were a scam and to stop calling me and that if they don't stop I'm getting the authorities involved. I got 3 more calls after that. Honestly, I couldn't understand most of what they said so I have no idea what company they said they were calling from. I'm thinking of calling them numerous times and harassing them....see how they like it.

Received call at work, several times.  Asked to speak with my manager and threatened me with criminal proceedings.  I ask them to provide me something showing what they were talking about, Number appears US, person on other side Mr. Ken Murphy does not.  Received several harassing phone calls, I said it was not mine and they persisted.  They also shared my personal information SSN, Checking Account over the phone without my consent.  They should have asked me to verify, not provide me with information.

These clowns keep calling my cell phone asking for a Leah. I tell them they have the wrong number and hang up. Yet they still call me later in the week. Thanks to this site I now know they are collectors & I will do my best to mess with them.

Hello all, I also have been getting calls from this same #760-262-0979 and have spoken to a person by the name of Alex Turner ( which I am sure is a fake name due to his strong accent it is obvious he is international).  They have harrassed me on my phone and my job.  When I ask for details on this so called loan I took from their client United Cash Service they will not give me any information, he just insist I verify this SSN by saying yes/no.  I refused he started to tell me I would lose my job and would take me to court.  He verified my addr and additional information which I now believe they have stolen off of the internet.  This is horrible act of identity theft and I am sorry for anyone being harrassed. They will not give you proof the goal is to manipulate and scare you to pay them. I don't know how this will end but I am going to fight. I am not afraid of losing my job because whoever Morgan & Assoc is they have no power. I hope Alex reads this and knows that he will one day be stopped. If you get a call from this # DO NOT PAY.

Valerie, my brother-in-law is getting the same phone calls, and he has been calling them back every 5-10 minutes to harrass them.  We'll make a few harrassing phone calls for you!

Valerie, I don't know if you were able to see my post or not, but wanted to let you know that my brother-in-law is harrassing them as we speak and he'll make a few calls in that fashion for you.  :)

The names that we were given have been:

1.  Alex
2.  Chris
3.  Gleese
4.  Stan...and the list goes on and on...

This people just called my cell at work looking for my daughter stating it was a criminal case and my name was used as reference. So i asked his name, get this Michael Bolten is how he spelled it.  I told him to delete my number and never call back.  Couldn't understand his bad talking butt

I received a call from "Alex" with an accent from Morgan and Stanley asking for an employee.  I let him  know this is not a number to get ahold of her at.  Then he proceeds to tell me information that is regarding criminal actions and blah blah blah. I repeated myself, "Sir, this is not a number to get ahold of her at". Then he raises his voices I don't care this is the number she provided. So I hung up and he called again. I answered and repeated myself again and told him my information to you will NOT change. He said "WELL I WILL JUST KEEP CALLING!!" and he did. 12 more times.

I've been getting the same calls since feb 7th over 200. my job is in jeopardy because Alex Turner keeps calling the switchboard he is so rude. I filed a police report last night. The # he he's calling from appears 760-262-09709 then its a 213i-555-5556. This guy is driving me my job insane. Can anyone help??? stop this madness?

Called my job and cell phone numerous times. Called last week same person different phone number and the week before that also. Scam phone calls looking for money.

These people have not stopped calling saying my husband owes them money even after getting all bank records proving they are lying they keep callng.They are calling his place of employment now threatening him.The new name they are using today was Micheal Bolten. We have called the number back and noone answers most of the time.Is there any way to get them to stop calling.
