Basically left message stating that my husband needed to call him back or would go to jail hard to understand because it was very hard to understand him he had a-foreign accent

Got a call from these idiots! First they said they were sargent john williams, and said it was a very important legal matter, very time sensitive. He said I will be arrested by 9pm if I do not call right back.. Then he gave a different name said he was FBI Special Agent Johnny Depp? LOL What the heck? Anways he said he would pray for me because some serious legal matters were going to unfold on me. I called my local police department and he let me know it was a scam, other callers have reported it. The next time they called I told them law enforcement had been notified and they hung right up.

I just got a call from the number.  They called me at my employer.  They said that I owe Cash Advance
$499.  The last time they called they said they were from the California State Attorney's office.  When
I challenged them they hung up.  The only thing is they keep call.  I am trying to be polite but the
next call I get I am not going to be so nice.  Oh, and here's the kicker when they put me on hold
to speak with their attorney their muzak was "You Are My Sunshine", for real?

I just received a call from Michael Smith from Baker & Mackenzie Law Firm from Indio City, California with the thickest Indian accent. I could barely understand him.  They called my work number, I informed them that they could NOT call me at my work number and that I know that this is a scam and that it was being recorded and reported to the FBI.

This is the 2nd time I have been approached by these scammers about pay day loans ... do NOT pay them!!! They cannot threaten you with jail time, legal action or wage garnishment!

Got a call today from "David Williams" (NOT.) HEAVY Asian accent- has been calling off and on for 2 years at my workplace leaving messages and embarrassing me with my employer at work. He uses different names and is very threatening. He said he wants to speak to my attorney of record and not to disregard his call. I have the message on our answering machine and I think I will submit it to the local police. I have already filed an FBI complaint about this harassment. 2 years ago I applied for a loan online- I decided to just save cash (I needed a new refrigerator) and did not get the loan but apparently I have heard that people who did this online application- for a car loan or cash advance loan- well, this scam team got the socials and all the information for people that filled the application. They want to claim that they gave you cash and that you owe them money. I think they may also be trying to tap into bank accounts by scaring you that they have your social security info (which you will probably find that they do- but they still can't hurt you unless they get more info- don't give it to them!). I have heard they operate off shore and that they change the names of the company, caller, their location everything to avoid prosecution. I am going to try to get this number blocked at work. Very damaging to me at work. They will get hostile and threaten and call you names if you speak to them. Complete animals.

I dont have a loan..he said sum1 used my name/ss n they were suing me...i said when did all this take place..he didnt know...WHAT  you're a paralegal n dont have any info except im supposed to owe 310?? REALLY? slap yourself! i told him that i know he full of crap..using a landline fone near clinton street n indio cali!!!!!!!!!!! they are so dumb if u call n ask for any given name they put u on hold...lol

Minkinzey law firm called me today an attorney named Brian Jackson claimed i owed a debt of 448 dollars refusing to give me any information except his call back number 1 760 262 0981.

I just got a call from Baker & Mackenzie Law Firm from California. They explained that I had pending
charges from Cash Advance and that the local sheriff would serve me. I asked
for him to tell me the name of our local sheriff and they hanged up on me. So I called
back & they said they had made a mistake.

this is a crock left life threats, on to myself if ignored this call on vm did save it waiting on forms to file against them now... asked if lawfirms can make threats like this of course he said yes... when i said i saved recording and sending to states attorney they hung up quickly,

June 3, 2013 Called on my cell phone, while i was at work. Call was from david williams (heavy accent) insisting i call back in an hour or some type of action would be taken against me. Five hours later he called back

The same guy did this to me! He claimed to be David Williams on his voicemail and then claimed to be Kevin Peterson when he answered the phone. He actually claimed to be an attorney which is a violation of federal law. I have already reported this number and this person to the California Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.

they called threnteing to have me arrested within hours , i paid the money then they called back and said i needed to pay more i did then they called back the next day satting if i did not pay double they would have the cops at my house within the hours

Hey guys! Please be aware of the fact that "Officer David Williams" calling from 914-920-4365 is also affiliated with the number 760-262-0981.  I received a call yesterday from some "Attorney Kevin Peterson" at the 760-262-0981 number. I saved both voicemail messages and and its the same guy! The call center is based out of India. I have reported both numbers and all aliases this guy is using to the FBI, Secret Service and local BBB as well as filed a complaint with the FTC.

He called me today saying his name was Bryan Jackson. (Yeah right!!) I could barely understand what he said. I do have payday loans, but I have never defaulted. I will not give these people the time of day.

This guy keeps calling looking for a person that doesnt work here and will not stop.
David williams is who he reports himself to be, although when I called back the voice matched the person calling himself his supervisor.
