Very obvious, scam!!!!!
He contact me using email address;  richardjames2124@gmail.com

I was selling my car on craigslist and he texted me from 720-432-3481 and asked for the condition and said email him back at bushjerry91@gmail.com.  So i did he then said he would love to come and inspect it but due to his "job" he would not be able to, but has an agent to come pick it up.  so before i was able to give him more about the car's condition he asked for my paypal account and address to complet the transaction.  

first of all why would you give someone money before know more about the car or problem with it.

was a little shady so i googles him email and sure enough i found this wedsite

I just got this message on my cell phone "Hi if your vehicle on kijiji still available, I will give you an additional 800 on it. Please email me asap on rupertmeinke22@live.com. This message sent by +15877732121.
