this guy calls me at 700 am saying I owe them 1000.00 dont understand alot of words but I told them do whatever they need to do the scary thing is they know personal info I know i dont owe anything but wonder how they get ur number and public info is there anyone u ca contact to find out how this happens and stop it

I just got a call from this same idiot. Claims to have  a lawsuit with 3 criminal charges against me for an unpaid payday loan which I don't have. Also quote the last 4 of my ssn andcalims to be the same John A Best calling for some attorney named "Spencer."  I don't know how, but he called me @ work and on a cell phone number which doesn't belong to me. It's good to know that nothing will come of this. Like everyone else I can't afford to lose my job.

Calling me at 8am telling me that I have a lawsuit for not making a loan payment
And if I don't pay they will call my job and report me to the police and I'll go to jail
For 6 month. He aid his is Chris miller and  After this call now they keep calling me every single day
And there's more than one person. I try ignoring them but is getting annoying

The same guy keeps calling me and leaving messages so I called him back and he was a a** hole. I don't think he will be calling back because he was introduced to a true bit**!
