Really no details.  I just wish people would start to realize that if UNKNOWN NAME shows up on the caller ID I won't answer, just as other many people I know won't.  If you don't want to tell me who you are, I don't want to talk to you.

rang my mobile...hung up when I answered. Since my phone answers after 3 rings, it's probably a telemarketer who hangs up before the 4th ring triggers an answering machine.

Received phone call in Area Code 704 from this number.  Did not answer.  Don't know anyone in the 760 area code.

Notice the number 760-526-8136 on my caller ID for the past three days. Never leaves message, just hangs up on answering machine.  Says cellular call. Don't know anyone in that area. Live in 937 area code.

This # called yesterday around lunchtime.  It appeared on caller ID as "California Call".  I answered it, but they hung up on me.  I live in the 937 area code and have an unlisted #.

Got a call from 760-526-8136 at 10:30AM 1-9-08. My caller ID showed a name of "OCSD OCSD, CA". I answered and nobody was there.

A Google for 'OCSD' took me to the Orange County Sheriff Department. No other hits for 'OCSD'.

I've had calls from 760-526-8136 daily for at least the last 3 or 4 days.  One day the call came in the morning and then again later in the evening.  Since I don't recoginize the number, I never answer and they never leave a message.  The caller ID says, "OCSD OCSD,CA"  Wonder what would happen if we all called them back, hehehe.

Well, I did it.  I did a *67 for privacy since I'm not calling a 1-800 number and called 760-526-8136.  A recorded message answered the call as Phone Ware Inc,.  They have a website, www.phonewareinc.com and  apparently they are a "full-service, state-of-the-art, integrated call center" as stated in the first sentence of their website.  I'm sure the calls from this number are for a client, whoever that may be.  I'm thinking I'll answer the next time it comes through and put an end to the madness by requesting to be removed from the calling list.  I heard once there was a guy who used to make his living by suing the repeat offenders.

Caller ID came  up as "time warner cable" - I actually talked to the guy - stupid me.  I didn't give him any information though and I told him to take me off his list - if I wanted additional services from Time Warner I will call them myself!

Just got a call from this number and the woman said she was calling Time Warner's long standing loyal customers to offer them lower fixed rates on their packages.  Then asked if I still had the basic cable package.  (At this point I laughed because, if you are calling from Time Warner, then you know what my package is.)  I told her she was free to mail me information (no, I did not give her my address) but that I wouldn't discuss anything over the phone.  She pleasantly hung up.

i got a call from this number but didn't answer because it said only, CABLE COMPANY, on the caller id.  i have TIME WARNER cable, and when they call it always has their name in the caller id box, so i suspected it was a telemarketer.  

i decided to call the number back and got a recorded message that said i have reached mailbox #660 and to leave a message so someone can call me back.  i'm not holding my breath.

something i have noticed about the long distance calls that have been on my caller id recently, is they seem to come in waves.  within a few weeks i received a bunch of long distance calls that i didn't recognize on my caller id.  some had names with the numbers,and some said UNKNOWN.  when i tried to call back, usually the number had been disconnected.  

then, after receiving them for a few weeks, they suddenly stopped coming.

today (again) i received two long distance calls in a row on my caller id.  one was this number, and the other one is from UNKNOWN at 305-654-1842.   i called it back and it has been disconnected.  how can it be disconnected when it just called me this afternoon?

Got a call from this number too. Said "Cable Company" in caller id. If this is Time Warner Cable, my cable bill is already too expensive. I wish they'd stop calling me! If they keep it up, I'll switch to Direct TV.

I just got a call from them and I live in Texas.  They just call and never leave a message.  Not to mention im on the Texas state no call list.

got a call this morning from 760-526-8134 and this evening from 760-526-8136.  name on the caller id showed the same as telephone number without '-'

Showed up on my caller ID as as "Cellular Call". They didn't leave a message on my machine either. I live in the 937 area code, too.

Sounds like it is indeed a promotion for time warner cable through a telemarketing company

What I find interesting is that most of the people called seem to have been from Southwest Ohio, meaning Greater Dayton and Cincinnati and surrounding areas if you don't know where you live ;)

There most be something going on that is targeting these areas.

Phonewareinc is a legit company who offers there services for time warner and other cable companies, It's the wave of the future, Everything is done Directly with your serviice provider, they only offer lower promotion rates, nothing wrong with that at all as long as you confirm the package your getting.

Sorry for your bad issues you seem to have but phonewareinc does scam there employees harshly !!! BE AWARE PHONEWAREINC Is a shady conmpany and only pays 7.00 an hour when we make htem all the sels.........................

Larely (since 17 April '08) I have been getting calls from 760-526-8135; however, the caller does not leave a msg. Could it also be TWC? I presume it is as the other reported tel numbers are only be the last number different.
When I call back I get a recording to press a certain number after which I get the msg "Mail Box 660". Does that sound familia to some one?

Ok - showed up again as "Cellular Call", but this time I picked up. It was a salesperson - claimed to be from TimeWarner Cable offering me digital cable + internet for $70 per month. Asking me all kinds of questions about what I'm paying now for cable/phone/internet - actually asked if he could hold while I went to get a copy of my latest bill. No thanks!!!! If he was from Time Warner - and he's calling me - wouldn't he already know or be able to find out how much I pay for cable a month?!
