Had 2 calls today from this number with Spam? Preceding the number. Did not respond

said it was a recorded line, knew my name, said she was from United Healthcare then asked for my date of birth to verify my ID.  I would not give that info and she quickly hung up on me.

This number called me on a Saturday morning. It was unidentified so I didn't answer. Blocking it, even though I'm a United Healthcare member.

Same experience.  I told them if they wanted info, send it by US Mail.  Woman hung up.

Called twice today.  It was unidentified so I did not answer and they did not leave message.  Googled the number and it said caller was United HealthCare.  If they had left message I would have answered.  Guess I should block it.

Have called twice in last few days.  Answered the first time, since I have United Health Care - said 'hello' several times & no one responded, so hung up.  Second time they called,  I didn't answer & let it go to answering machine - they did not leave a message.  Agree with Janes - there is so much phone no. ghosting and scams now, if they want to correspond - they can do it by US Mail!

I received a call yesterday from 769-656-5859 from Minneapolis, Mn.  The lady identified that she was with Humana and wanted to verify my address as they were getting mail returned to them. She wanted my birthdate which I was dumb enough to give her she pulled up my info which was correct.  I noticed later a letter from Humana at the Post Office which made me curious about the call.  I did call Humana and gave them this info not sure what to do next or who to call?  You'd think Humana would warn people when they apply that there's scammers out there that will call you to get info...

Same experience:  Called without identifying him/herself, and hung up.  Recently, I became a UHC member.  Do NOT give out personal information to any phone caller.

Stated she was calling from United Health Care which I just joined the first of this month. She asked for my DOB to verify my identity. I told her that she called me and I didn't feel like I had to prove myself to her. I asked the nature of the call and was told that it was to verify my personal information. SORRY! The following morning, a Saturday at 9:00 am another call came in that I didn't answer. It was from Minnesota again (612) 435 8168.

These folks have tried twice a day for a couple weeks.  I joined UHC and Humana recently.  I do not believe these are bona fide calls

I didn't answer because I get so many spam calls.  I did just update my information with UHC yesterday so they might have been calling to follow-up.  When I do get calls from UHC they only ask for my month of birth, they never ask for the full DOB.  I'm surprised they didn't leave a message if it really was UHC.

BS call, no message.  Came in at 9:10 Fri. morning.

Received call at 9:12 this morning. Did not recognize number and do not answer unknown. No voicemail left.

Recd call from 763 656 5859, ID showed MN.  I picked up only had silence on the line.  Hung up.

this number called 6 times yesterday and once this morning. I'm also with United Healthcare, no messages ever left. I don't answer calls I don't recognize. They should leave messages if it's legit.

Call marked as 'Spam Likely' by my carrier.  Caller did not leave a message.  In reading these comments, I did enroll with United Healthcare insurance this month and filled my first prescription last night. I wonder if that has something to do with it?
