If it's your Android phone this number is calling, get the app called, 'Mr.Number'. It will tell you about the number caling you and if it is 'suspected spam' calling. After the call ends (or goes to VM) a window comes up from Mr Number giving you the option to block or give you other choices to use. I pulled down my VM retreive to listen but the caller from 765-807-6509 did not leave a message, so I assumed this was a solicitor calling as the Mr Number indicated it 'is'. Now it is a blocked number for me. If this is Google, as JoeMarine says, then tough luck on Googles own stupidity. Their number showed no name and I have no idea why Google calls me and doesn't leave a VM. If this number is Google, too bad they haven't figured out how to handle thier own calls better in this modern day of technology.

This call came in while I was in a shower. I jumped out of the shower, answered the phone with "Hello", three times with no answer at the other end. Disgusting !!

Called three times in a span of a few hours.  Since the Do Not Call List is bogus anyway, I called them back.  Pressed 1 to be removed from the list, it said it may take up to 24 hours to be removed from their call list.

Same for me...answered call, no one there.  Called them back and pressed 1 to be removed, message said that I must wait 24 hour before being removed from their call list. saved number 2 cell phone to not answer anymore calls from this number, gee they are so stupid I didnt even hear a message about anything but removal, so whats the real game I wonder? Missing good old days before robo calls another product of politics LOL! have good one folks

I read the remarks above and glad I did not answer. Do not call list..they don't care.I add these number to my phone as SPAM so next time they call I know not to answer.

I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number and there was no caller ID info. No message so I figured it was a spammer.  Looks like I was right based on all the other comments.

These people call everyday on my cell phone.  If you answer, no one is there and if you try to call back, you get no response.  I have approximately 3 strange numbers that call me every day:  They are (765-807-6509)  (920) 560-4999 and (215) 207-8764.  Each one does the same thing.  They call and hang up.  Absolutely tired of this.  I wish law enforcement or someone could stop these annoying calls.

Name came up as SCOTT STAMPLER when I answered silence - another into my REJECT bucket!

How do they get past the DO NOT CALL listing?

I too have the Mr. Number app on my Android and it blocked the call with a hang up setting.  

I'm just curious (since this is my cell phone and they're not suppose to call because it's listed on the National Do Not call list) if someone where to get into a car accident when answering their call would the spammers be liable?

Got a call from this number also. Let it go to voice mail, no message. Looked up Scott Stamper. One of hits said a Scott Stamper is an online marketer. Think they better look at the No Call List a little closer.

Called me three times with three different numbers.  Message starts off about Medicare and is an advertisement for some kind of custom back brace.  Says press 2 if you wish to be taken off the list.  Pressed two until I thought my finger would break and nothing happened, just kept repeating itself.  I am also on the National do not call list.  Why am I on the list at all!  I've gotten more calls now than before!

Only rang once no answer

'Scott Stamper' is a service provider to collection companies. He/They are people locaters/finders and people location locaters. The firm routinly violates the Fair Trade Act. This 'outfit' is also engaged in several other highly questionable services that we will publish as soon as we confirm the info we have on Scott Stamper (SS). SS buy some decent firewall/security protection as it took under five minutes to hack your pathetic server.
