Claiming I wrote a check in yet2010 and has to paid today over the phone of of I will face 3-5 years

Funny how easy your personal information can get out there, expecially with a payday loan!!

Said this Lisa Williams was investigator something fishy going on .. something about criminal charges..trying to get money from me??

"Lisa" is nothing more than a FRAUD! Simple as that. A lot of us here can elaborate. We shouldn't need to.
If you need more answers, post here. You shouldn't need to. Foreign frauds are denser than lead bricks.

Says I owe a bank and that they are going to turn it over to courts?? Is this legit?

FRAUD Be very careful..do not give out your infor to this company.First I spoke with a female who told me i was going to be arrested and if i pay today they would stop the court process.  She then transferred me to a guy who  stated I owe money for a outstanding payloan and if i dont pay i would be arrested or they would  take me to court.
The company or person is listed under different names . Ameriprise, United Financial legal Medlitigators. Come to find out i dont even owe a payday loan.

Received a very threatning phone call stating I owe money on a payday loan, and the Judge has signed a $5000 bond for my arrest. The company they represent is Everest Cash Advance who's not licensed to provide payday loans. When requesting paperwork they had me on hold for 30 minutes while they typed up some fake letter outlining my alleged original balance and a settlement offer of $400. Spoke w/Steven James. Hell will freeze over before these crooks get any of my hard earned money!

Calling, calling won't stop about serious matter under my social security number. It has to be some information they found online in one of those payday loans. I don't owe anything........FRAUD!!!
