Called mutiple times throughout the day. When answered, an automated voice says the call may be recorded then ques elevator-esque musik. Then call terminates.

Keeps calling. Send to voicemail no message left. I am on the do not call list

This number calls multiple times a day....when I answer they hang up. I am tired of this! I will be reporting it, although it wont do me any good...Im on DNC list

Caller ID "Alpharetta". Called twice today. First time a recording asked me to wait to speak to a representative. The second call a person asked if ............ was available. I replied "No", they asked to speak to ..............'s spouse.  asked what this is regarding and I was told "Personal business".

This number calls and doesn't leave a message.

So I had this number call me 4 times through out the day . Finally decided to answer to see what they wanted . They asked for me with my complete name and wanted to talk about personal business . I told them that the person they were looking for was not there so they then proceeded to ask to speak to a spouse in which I told them that person was single and hung up the call . I'm thinking they must be some type of credit debtors who are trying to collect a debt of some sort . But they didn't not give out any information in regards to the call .

This number continuously calls and hangs up throughout the day. I finally had to put a block on it. I don't have any debts to pay to any credit service.

Getting REALLY tired of these junk calls from caller ID "Alpharetta". I get 6 a day easily. I have attempted to block them finally. I hope it works. Why cannot our benevolent government step in and stop this abuse of our time and resources? I am all for enterprise. But this is ABUSE, plain and simple.

Every fricken day several times a day. No caller I'd,  so no talk from me.

It’s JCPenney debt collectors, if you haven’t paid for a really long time they use different numbers and ever time they will call like 6 times a day, every other day, also very number after the automated voicemails, they get ruder and ruder until they send you to genpac collections, and they use unknown numbers.

I understand multiple calls but at 8 a.m. pn a Sunday morning? I don't care who it is....that's wrong.

3 rd party debt collectors are legally allowed to call from 8 am to 9 pm your time.  Original creditors, in this case Synchrony Bank which issues JC Penny cards, are not regulated with the exception of 5 states.  If you have a card with them, and you are behind, they are very aggressive at getting their money.  If you do not have a card with them, then send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.

Have the same experience. Every morning, it starts right after 8am and continues up to 6 times a day.
