calls from them 3 times a day, its definitely a collector call. Answering them is considered "contact" with the client even when its not your account, so don't answer.

Receveid several calls no voicemail, today the calls were 2 minuets apart, i have blocked, really wish we could stop these calls

Calls 17 to 22 times in 24 hours daily even 2 am 4 am 11 pm all during sleeping hours doesnt matter the time its harrassing

Calls received, early mornings, afternoons, evenings. Daily. Answered a few times. When do they play a garbled recording of people national descents foreign in nature, sounds like hundreds of them chatting. Caller does not say anything. But let's you listen, then hangs up. A friend received such call, she worked for penny's, she opened a small charge account there, because she was told she needed certain coloring of clothes an shoes to work there. To keep her job, she purchased them there thru catalog ordering an store. She paid her bill religiously. She had charged some shoes, nail polish,  and two sweaters that needed returned. Because of defects in sweaters and shoes. Penny's cut her hours back to a few. Then told her, would be zero for few months. Then told she shouldn't have been told that. Her car got hit returning home from that job. She could not get to store to return items. Worked with credit department to investigate. The actual charges an why could not use, and the reason had to buy, because managers request that had to be done in month. So she told Penney credit, let her boss pay for the balance. As they would access her personal information on the internet, knew what she was making money wise, and made the demands of clothing colors an let her go.Shes not going to fight over it, and tells they are responsible for the purchases, that they can eat the small amount on her charge they closed out at the time, and doesn't want humiliated anymore over 8.00 hour an the way they do business.   **  Also did not disclose who they were, on answered calls.  So very threatening, scarey.**

Calls me back to back everyday. I feel overwelmed and harrassed

This number called and do not leave any message they call since 8:00 am and today at 8:50 pm! How do I report this number as harassment.
