Same "company"....different number......ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The caller continuously calls  all hours of the day including weekends. The caller is contacting a government agency. The calls are disturbing mybeirkday

Experiencing harassing phone calls from this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Someone needs to put a stop to it.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Calls regularly. Has called twice today using two different numbers. I never answer. Sometimes there is a message stating this is my "second and final notice." I've probably had 100 or more of these "second and final" notices. The caller ID shows "Portfolio Recovery." Calls such as these so make me want to discontinue my land line.

They call constantly requesting me to call back.I never do,it goes to voicemail. Just annoying.

These idiots started calling my Google Voice number, that I don't use for anything except 'online applications' and other places that might sell me to some telemarketers. That alone tells me that they have no idea who I am, and are just blindly calling people looking for a sucker. Luckily my Google voice number doesn't ring anywhere, I just get an email telling me that someone called the number, so they can knock themselves out, lol

Never had any past due bills... never ever had any unpaid loans... and haven;t had any debt whatsoever in over 15 years!  There is no legitimate reason for their harassing me with these constant calls.  They claim to be a legitimate business but they operate more like a scammer...  as .least they are a scammer to me.

Portfolio Recovery, a low level debt collection agency calling about a debt that I don't know anything about.  Said he was going to send his "agents" to collect the debt unless I settled today.  After laughing hysterically, I asked when they were coming so I make sure I'm home to greet them.  He hung up.

Second call today from a different number.
I didn’t answer & no message was left. They hung up as soon as the answering machine came on. CID said Portfolio Recovery. Funny how they don’t call for weeks or months then start calling again. I never answer any calls from them or from any names & numbers I don’t know or call them back.

I don't answer the landline but it doesn't stop them from calling non-stop, I just wish there was a way to stop these scammers.

Calls every hour for days on end

This and multiple other numbers that come up as Portfolio Recovery Services call multiple times every day. I don't owe any money to anyone. But I have had some other company. call looking to locate a relative who was in debt.  I don't know if this is what it is. Somebody has to do something about these unethical people. When you see this company's name on caller ID do not pick up.

These people are the lowest forms of life known to mankind.  You have to be a special kind of evil with no soul to constantly harass honest working people numerous times a day.  It’s borderline criminal harassment for sure.   I only answered them once and released a tirade of profanities in hopes they would refrain from calling me anymore. Obviously I was wrong become phone calls still continues to this day . I now unplug my phone .
