Just called at 1216PM Friday. CID said Out of area. The recorded voice of Jennifer said she was calling about affordable health insurance in my area and they work with such well known companies as United and Blue Cross. She said to press 1 to speak to an insurance specialist. I hung up and filed an FTC do not call complaint.

They called from 773-273-6136 (Chicago area code) yesterday and today, and hung up before I could answer.  In the past, they've left a message trying to sell health insurance.  I texted back to NOT contact me again, I have health insurance.  I'm on the Do Not Call list, but can't report them without a company name.  Losers :P

Called once on Monday 2/26, called again yesterday 2/27, and called again today 2/28. I have not answered.

Scammers. Now they’re using “tax penalty” and “ call immediately” trying to sound all authoritative. Horrible people.

A very poor robo call that opens with such a convoluted sentence, I knew right away it was scripted by someone in India who doesn't speak American English, a very big hint that the call is a scam. I knew what the sentence means, but I'm sure most people receiving this call won't. I don't want to correct it here and do their work for them, but if you read the transcript, below, I'm sure you'll see what I mean. They can't write a simple, cogent sentence, but you expect that from someone in the Shudra caste, don't you?

Their call insults our intelligence on many levels, including their "shotgun" approach to making mass phone calls, hoping to find a few people in the market for required health insurance who are suckers, and their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethic, doesn't it?

Here is a transcript of this poorly scripted, insulting, automated, intrusive and unwanted robo call:

[female voice:] "Hello. This is Suzanne calling to remind you of the tax penalty required on your 2018 health insurance policy, and we do have plans that meet those requirements. It is vital that we speak to you before the end of business today. You can reach me at 1 888 869-9210. Thank you."

Note that there is no offer to "opt out" (not that such offers actually remove you from future dialings, lol)

John, Thx for your detailed message.  I received call yesterday.  I didn't answer, no message was left.

Same as others trying to sell me insurance, tried opting out but won't accept. Reported to FTC.

I've had them blocked for over a year and they continue to call and leave a robot message 6 to 8 times daily.  I don't hear the phone ring, just get the stupid message.  If you try to call it to be removed you get a busy signal.

Had the same recording leaving a voice mail five times in five days, at which point I blocked it and put in an FTC complaint.  Clearly a scam of some kind because they will not name themselves on the call.

What is your business license number?  If you do not have one, shame on you.

This robocaller has called me 16 times in 2 weeks! I've tried to block the number, used a 3rd party app in my phone, reported to the DNC Registsry and the FCC.  I've reported to Verizon and the only thing they say they can do is for me to change my mobile number. I have 128 contacts that I WANT to have my number. I'd have to notify all of them just to get rid of this caller.  The calls roll to my VM despite being blocked from my phone. I've tried calling the number on landline and it doesn't receive incoming calls.  There are so many violations here it's not even funny, but they're still getting away with it. Why do we have laws?  Let's pass more laws (kind of like for gun control).
