The same thing happens on my phone.  I have a call blocking service but it allows them to leave this message ... "or press two to be placed on our do not call list.  Thanks for your time and be healthy and blessed." As it does not say what they are calling about I think they are hoping people will call back to find out who they are.

I’m getting really tired of receiving these phone calls from people who Inquire about my health insurance. I’ve already informed them that I have health insurance and they should leave me alone. Do these people not understand — I’m not interested?

I have 8 phone calls in the span of 2 weeks. I am on the Do Not Call list.

Recording said it's Amy calling about affordable health enrollment. I have received this call several other times and pushed two to be placed on the do not call list. They keep calling. Today I pushed 1 to talk to representative. It rang a couple times and then someone answered and said something I wouldn't understand and then hung up.

calls 2 to 3 times per day

Received numerous stealth messages, no calls from these bozos. Was unable to block them because Android doesn't allow you to block a number unless they actually call you (on HTC). So I tried adding them as a contact...still couldn't block. Said "Oh well" yesterday. They called today. BLOCKED! Hopefully...why the FTC doesn't go after them is beyond me. What are they taking my tax dollars for if they don't do the work?

Calls from this number are going straight to my Voice Mail! My phone doesn't even ring! I texted to be removed from their calling list, twice. My request has gone unheeded! They are still calling, selling insurance by Cigna, Blue Cross, etc. Just HOW do you stop this?

I've received at least six calls from this number since mid-March.  They always leave a voice mail regarding health insurance.  I've blocked the call on my phone so it doesn't ring, but it still allows a message to be recorded.  This appears to be a scam.  I'm on the Do Not Call list, but it isn't helping.

I have the app called HIya so it blocks these calls (sends them directly to voicemail) but everytime they leave the recorded voicemail about the insurance offers or press 2 to be placed on a do not call list. They call everyday. Its annoying.

continual robo caller about choosing health insurance. The calls automatically go to my voicemail on my phone. Since not through the phone its impossible for me to block it. l get the call almost daily

You just confirmed that you've got an active number.

Keep calling and leaving voice messages even though number is supposed to be blocked. Sent a text to remove from their list. If the number is called, a busy signal. Annoying scam

They call several times a day - annoying!

They call me every day and some times numerous times a day.  I asked to unsubscribe and they still call me daily.

Continually calls like a plague
