Called me and said he is a debt collector.

My aunt got a call from this number.  The first thing they ask her was her birthdate, at that time she says she told them no and hung up.  My aunt unfortunately suffered from id theft a few years ago.  The worst part to all of this is, my cousin and myself have reported it to all authorities and credit cards in question and no one does anything.  The credit card companies DO NOT CARE, all they want is their money, they do not help you.  You call them and it's very hard to get a supervisor. All they have are some robots in India who hardly speak English telling you "I'm sorry mum, I see you owe X, when can we expect payment" after you've spent 5 minutes explaining what happened, that it's id theft, the person has never lived in the address, state where the card was sent, etc, etc.  It's horrible.

They call early in the morning, around 6am-6:30AM. They don't leave a message and don't stay on long enough for me to get to the phone. This is really agrivating and harassing.

Called at 6:15 PM. Caller ID said, "LERS". I normally won't answer if I don't recognize the caller but did so because I'm expecting a call from a doctor's office. After saying hello there was a pause and a man's voice came on the line saying, "Yes, may I speak with the lady of the house?" I hung up.
