This caller is a total idiot and should not be calling everyone I know I do not know how my contact list became known to this person

Who is this idiot

It is a collection agency called Case Receivable Management based in Sherwood Park Alberta. They will tell you that they have an important business deal that they would like to discuss with you. By the way a collection agency that claims to be someone else or who will not tell you there name is practicing fraud. It is listed under both the provincial and federal consumer protection act. What they are doing is against the law.
They called on behalf of Mogo (payday loan company).

I just got a call from this SEAN. he claims he's from a collection agency called Case Receivable Management. I put on my alert and asked him tons of questions. The guy seems to be very calm and not nervous at all. He gave me his name, agency's name, case#, date the case opened, client who reported the case, account number, amount, and my address and phone number. I gave my bank a call and this is confirmed to be a fraud.

He gave you all that information but did he also say he was going to follow the law by MAILING you proof of the alleged debt?
