That Attorney can be easily put out of business by filing a complaint with the Kansas State Supreme Court Disciplinary Board.  It might very easily cost him his license to practice.  The people at the Disciplinary Board are quite friendly and will get you the necessary complaint forms in person or they are available at the disciplinary board's website.

I did the same thing. I filed complaint with the BBB, Kansas State Attorney General's Office, and was suddenly treated very differently. Hollins employees lie and will never own their own mistakes. They negotiate terms and then ignore them. It is the worst business I've ever encountered in my life.

This is not true, they do not call and offer reminders.

This happened to me too. They just stopped taking it out and tried to blame it on me. I threatened legal action and it was returned - two weeks later.

I will gladly work with people who are nice and courteous on the phone, but if I call him back and he is an a**hole to me I will slam the phone in his ear!  I WILL NOT work with rude people.

The same thing happened to me. They garnished all the money in my checking acct. because my son's name was on my acct. I had arrangements with them & I forgot. I am human. I was 2 weeks late. I called them & no one called me back. Next week, they took all my money. Now I won't get paid for another 11 days. I don't know what I am going to do for food & where I am getting the gas money to get to work.
They are unfeeling & don't care at all. They are cold-hearted human beings (if you can call them that). Someone has to put a stop to this a##hole! I am going to do my best to bring him down. The shocking part to all this is that Saint John's Hospital in Leavenworth sends their accounts to this scum bag. What goes around, comes around. Karma's a bit##!

They took me to court when I was 7 months pregnant. I offered to pay them $60/month. They told me that wasn't feasible and they would just garnish my wages. I then contacted their office multiple times with out a response from them. I called today in an attempt to once more offer as much as my budget could possibly stretch with a three-week old baby. They informed me that my account has been court ordered for wage garnishment and there's nothing more they will do except to garnish up to 25% of my wages. At that rate, I won't even have enough money to purchase diapers for my newborn let alone pay rent. Thank you Kent Hollis for screwing me. I hope your children get to eat.

Kent Hollins is a low life scum bag he took 500.00 out of my son's account that is under 18 just because my name was on his acct. they took it. After that they got into my mom's acct from her funeral that we put up and took 600.00 out of that acct because I was a co signer on that and I was the first to sign it then the rest of my family signed after me they said it was legal. That they wouldn' t of been able to do it if I hadn't of signed it first.  I just happened to be the closest to the banker it shouldn't matter who signed first or last. These bills are from St Francis which is supposed to be a charity hospital I tried contacting them they said it was to old to get any help.These bills have all acquired after a bad motorcycle accident that has left me disabled Hollins didn't care to here about my accident or taking my son's money and dead mothers money that was put up for bills that were to be paid.I would still like to know if it was illegal for him to do that.And if it was karma is a killer you will get your own some day.

I have been sending in the agreed upon payment every month on time for the last 18 months. Today I went to withdraw money from my bank account and was told there was a garnishment against it by Hollins and the $1200 dollars in the account I could not  access. I don't know how I am going to pay my rent and utilizes let alone pay the other medical bills I have.  My car insurance is due and my car needs repairs. I am closing my account and paying with money orders from now on. I am really worried about my next pay check I just hope I can stop the direct deposit before next pay day.

They agreed to take $50 monthly payments beginning 5/17-my checking account was garnished for $130 more than the small claims judgement from 2/15. They got $115, my bank charged me $50, and actually advised me to empty my account. I am callung them tomorrow and also filing complaints, calling Douglas County Court....they could have had almost half of the amount due by now, so their motives are NOT collection.

The total you can collect is $1000.00 but I had an attorney (Mark Meinhardt) and even my own attorney screwed me! I had to handle my own case after my attorney (without my knowledge) settled it where I would pay $2740.00. I was once a paralegal/investigator and I got my $1000.00 for about $3,000.00 worth of work!
