Please realize that:

• Your post here will NOT stop the calls.  We did not call you.  Your caller probably does not read these messages.  We cannot block calls to you.  We cannot put you on or take you off a list.
• The National Do Not Call list is respected by legitimate telemarketers, but is ignored by criminal telescammers.
• YOU are your own best defense against unwanted calls! You can use a call blocking app, device, service or procedure to block such calls.

i use an app call mr. number and so far I have not hit any type of limit on blocked numbers.

786-298-5682 is a criminal scammer claiming they can eliminate student loans.  The scammers apparently are breaking the law (duh) regarding the prohibition of using pre-recorded messages, as well as the do-not-call list. Block them, don't answer. These unscrupulous smelly scammers identify and resell the numbers which have answered, and they will contact you in a couple of weeks for another campaign. Pray for huge fines and putting them out of business - and enjoy it when them receive prison time.

Bought a good call blocker capable of blocking 5000 numbers or area codes. No problem here. Caller comes up on the ID as customer service. Area code for this clown ( 786 ) permanently on blocked list

I received a call at 5:05 PM.  I answered the call but no one would talk to me.  I don't who it is or what they want.  I will block them on my cell phone so they won't call again.

Don't know, don't care who it was.... It is so bad that I have call block on except for contacts. Life is much better

Called and left a message on my answering machine about 11:45 AM Mountain Time today.  Message was a robocall about student loan forgiveness, which is damned amusing since I graduated from the local university about 25 years ago and never had any student loan debt to begin with.  Another number for my blocked caller list--PLONK!

Time Warner has a new robo call bloocker.... is has a small fee but maybe your cable/phone company has the same thing

I have my cell phone set to block all calls not in my contacts list. My phone will never ring if an unknown, non-contact call comes in. The calls won't even ring on their end of the line. The get sent straight to voice mail. But I have not even bothered to set up my voice mail. So they can't even leave me a message! Lol

SCAM Alert!  PU=recording student loan program. No matter what # I pressed I could not get a real person. Hung-up and called back=recording not available leave message. Could never reach a real person

how do you block calls if you use Magic Jack?

I am on the do not call list I don't understand how they circumvent this block. Also I do not have any student loans in my name c

Simple...  the DNC list is NOT a call blocker.

I didn't answer.  Came on home landline.  Checked these pages. Will block with my call blocker. Have previously filled the 20 numbers allowed by Comcast and the 250 allowed on my Panasonic landline phone. Call blocker came with 3000 already blocked numbers & these types are coming less often. This will be the 24th number I have blocked since getting Call Blocker.

Stop calling my phone.
