Received a call on my cell - no message was left - called back and was told they are busy and to call back in fifteen minutes - office name was called Luebke, Baker, and Associates - still unknown who it is...sounds like a scam that I have heard of...

Called my business several times since last month. Did not say or leave any message.

It is Luebke, Baker, and Associates; they're a debt collection agency. They won't leave messages if they get an answering machine. They should send something in the mail too tho.

This company as far as I know is a legit debt collection agency.  They call me everyday.  Someone called me on 11-15-07 around 7pm and when I answered, they hung up the phone as usual.  I called the number back and this lady is telling me she won't tell me what company they are and why would she give out her personal information, but in order for me to get any info, I had to give her my name and phone number (which is personal) even though she had already dialed the number.  This lady is really yelling about giving out any info, but wants all your's.  See, I ordered some magazines years ago, like 7 years ago and the and finally, the order was stopped, then I started getting these phone calls talking about I owe the company (magazine) I believe I had paid them more than enough and now, I'm just sick of the phone calls.

This company calls from a 561 area code all the time.  I received a call(on my cell) from a 786 area code on 11-15-07.  When you call the number back, noone gives you any information as to who the company is.  I finally called late that night and found out it was Lube Key Baker Associates.  This company calls non stop.  When they call your home phone, it's a 1-800 number and toll free call shows up on the ID.

This number just started to call me. If I pick up, I usually say hello a couple of times and get no response. I think it is a computer generated call  where once they have a confirmed person on the line they connect to an operator. I don't let it get that far. They call several times a day Monday - Saturday beginning as early as 8 am pacific time to as late as 9 pm pacific time. I can't stand it! And Once I did speak to a person telling them to stop because the number is my cell phone, and it did no good. They kept trying to tell me that I owe money to a magazine company. But every time they call it is a different company. Too suspicious for me.

I have been getting phone calls and letters in the mail from LUEBKE BAKER & ASSOCIATES.  It has been saying that I owe 300 dollars for magazines that i have never received.  However, it seems even more fishy when they tell me that the amount has dropped a whole lot when they told me my balance before was 1100 dollars.  Wow!!! how can you just drop an amount like that so quickly???
I have been getting phone calls from area codes 760, 213, and 408.  Most of the calls sounds like people working for debt collection agencies from home...I hear radios and kids in the background playing.  How professional is that?? I can believe that!!! I've asked the women on the phone from 408 where was she calling from..."the actual Luebke Baker & Associates office" she says.  So I tell her what was up with all the other phone calls from people  who are calling me from Louisiana and all these other places?? she ignores the question and tells me about my balance all over again.  What kind of company is this??? it says that their employees want to help you and get you out of debt, also saying that they are kind and honest people?? REALLY?? But once you start to ask questions that they are unable to answer they will just chance the subject and start talking to you like you have a hard time understanding what their saying.  Unbelievable!!!

i know you're just doing you job by collecting money from people who supposedly made a deal with some other company.  Maybe someone needs to do their research first before accusing other people of owing them money.  Don't believe everything you read and i know that you don't want to be the bad guy, but thats how everyone else sees the rest of your co-workers
