I agree with you Kumar. I am a member of Suncrest Holidays myself and returned from a Holiday from Tenerife a few days back and that was a Holiday booked by Suncrest Holidays free stay for 7 nights and 8 days at a wonderful resort all they wanted from my end was a valid Brit passport and a 20 GBP booking fee and the accommodation was free for my family- me, my husband and my 10 year old daughter. Today I received a call from David the young chap who sold me the pack, his sweet voice asking me if I had a nice time during my Holidays and that if I would like to refer my frens and family to him now and Offcourse i was willing to. I asked him to call my sis and a fren he then sounded a bit low and said mam can you call them and explain them first that we are a genuine company as you booked your holiday and i asked him to call them and that i will verify if they call me. This sweet voice then told me that our competitor is dereputing our company and posting comments on different sites and he guided me to this site and first thing i noticed was the genuinity of his talk and asked him if there is any Sharon there and he then told me that she was  a manager in the customer care department and this proves it all " The person describing all fake stories used in a frustrated way Sharon Director in place of his name which proves this was done by some competitor who is perhaps either insane or thinks them to be over smart.... I HOPE THE MESSAGE GOES CLEAR TO EVERYONE.

Are you people serious? It actually scares me that people fall for this [***]. These scams have gone viral and are actually now becoming an industry to themselves. Yes, this is a scam. Just like the computer service guy that phones from "Windows Service Center" asking you to download some software and allow him to access your computer remotely to "remove a virus" is a SCAM!!!

Never give personal information or credit card info to any unsolicited caller. Never go to a web site they recomend you go to.

Just hang up the phone. Don't talk to them or argue with them. Just.... hang.... up. Come on people I know you can do it!

I work for a tour operator in Bangkok. We get emails from this company wanting to book flights for their customers. This is clearly a credit card scam. They use the credit card data that unsuspecting consumers give them to buy airline tickets, which they then sell at a discount for cash. Don't EVER give anyone your credit card details over the phone. You will become a victim.

does anyone know if this company is legitimate?  I have rang the number and just get a recorded message saying they have a large number of calls and to leave a message. I have also tried to email them with as yet no response.

Well, does it sound legitimate? You found this site but you can't read the 4 pages (and counting) of complaints? Well, if you have to ask if it's legit, why not let them steal your money then come back and tell us all about it LOL!

Without victims, scamming would be impossible.

Sounds to me that you are one of the fraudsters also.By the looks of your recommendations, you cant even string a sentence together. Goldern rule to everyone is dont give your bank details to anyone trying to give you a deal thats too good to be missed. Its a scam.. pure and simple. I have had BeachBreak Holidays ring us for days now. They dont give up easily...why cant they just go and get a job like other folk. Interestingly always the same accents, english being their second language.
