Received multiple messages from "Kelsey from APG" with no general information but had my name. Used a phone # from my same area code, which I never answer unless I have the contact saved due to all the spam calls, but gave me the 800 number to call back. I have blocked the number now that it appears several people have this problem.

Just got a call from Dylan at this number... didn't bother to jot down the extension. I figured it was a scam, but wanted to be sure before passing along to my boss.   Luckily, the boss is out of the office and now I have time to figure out how I'm going to waste time the next time they call.

Businesses and consumers beware...'Pascal' and 'Holt' claim to be with 'American Power & Gas'/800.210.9011 and even though they've been told multiple times that our power is included with our rent, they continue to call and harass our receptionist. When they can't get to the person they want to speak to, they'll say 'That's not what this is about', trying to make their inquiry sound more official or perhaps to confuse the person answering the phone.  It's clearly a deception to obtain company intel and based on the conversation I overheard, they're quite slick and slimy. Save yourself the headache and block their numbers!

Got a call from "Matthew" at this number insisting he talk with the owner. When told not in (he was), he asked for the manager. When told manager was busy, he wanted to know when he would be back, as he had an 'urgent' message for him. Manager or owner needed to call back same number and reach Ext 1389.... *Click*, we hung up. (I notice many pages of complaints on this number. So where is the FCC on this?)

Same! James called, said he was from RG&E and had called several times attempting to contact me, and needed to discuss page 3 on my RGE bill.  Called 3 times the same day and was very rude to my staff when told I was in a meeting...which I was.  Scammers & Rude!

Blowing up my phone since I don't answer unknown numbers. Called repeatedly before finally leaving an urgent message for "Patricia" to call her back as soon as possible. She said her name was Stephanie APG. Left a callback number of 800-210-9011 option 1 extension 1985.  (There is no one at my number named Patricia- sorry scammer Stephanie, not today)

Ashley called twice today.. first time she asked for "our fake person" - to talk about national grid account for one of our business that doesn't even have a national grid account. Can you say RED FLAG. I told her no one by that name with this company. She asked for name of person to talk to I gave her one. 2nd call she asked for the new person, I told her he was in meeting, she asked for accounts payable. Went through all the questions again with her, what account, what company - We have 4 different ones - is there a problem with the account. Told here she needed to talk to the new person. She said they need to return her call by 5pm. I asked what it was in reference to, she said information they sent and no one has responded. Well DUH!!!.. your calling a fake person  about an account that doesn't exist what do you expect?

Call originated from number 609-589-0564, didn't answer, and message left for electric bill scam.

Jessie with American Power and Gas called from a local phone and left a voicemail message, but left a call back number of 1-800-210-9011, Option 1 (Sales), Extension 1536. Unfortunately for them, all our power and gas is included in our lease payments, so if they want to scam someone, they'll need to reach out to our landlords.

This call came in ON my business line from "Janece." She asked to speak to the owner of the residence. I told her it was a business line and not a residence. Then she told me that she read the wrong line and read the name of my business to me, but she kind of butchered it.
Then she asked to speak to the business administrator. I asked what this was about and she said, "this is about you 'ACE' account." I finally deduced that she meant our electric company. I then asked her is she was calling from AC Electric and she said yes. I asked for her number (for the business administrator) and Google brought me here, as I expected, which confirms that this is a scam. STOP CALLING ME!

They call here at the least twice a week claiming to lower our electric bill and give us a rebate from duquesne light. Nope, absolutely not will i fall for this scam!!

I got extension 1654-Carly and 5983-Tony H. i am warning Duquesne Light of these people to see if they can warn their customers that this is not a real company and promotion. Sad thing is they have scammed god only knows how many people who dont know ant better!

They called twice. I hung up the first time and let it go to voicemail on the second. They mumbled their company name and left an 800 number to call back. Additionally, for the first call, they referenced a name our business hasn't gone for at least 10 years.

This number keeps calling, trying to get information about the owner of a business & claiming to have information about our electric bill.

Caller left a voice mail.  Said he was from "Leonard" at AP & G about a new electric rate and a rebate.  I don't have an account with them.  Caller left the 800 number along with an extension.  Call came in from a local cell phone number.

A woman named Tina just called us to say she was calling with the electric company with regards to a message on the bottom of our bill. As I'm the person who handles the bills here, I knew she was trying to scam me. She tried asking for our manager who isn't even on the bill and then when I referred her to our leasing agent, she asked for their information which, the utility would already have. I got it out of her that she's with AP&G and they are trying to get us to switch. I asked to have our number removed and a "don't call us, we'll call you" tactic. She promised a rebate, which, hilariously we'd never get (go review the BBB complaints for their company). Just beware - and don't say yes or no as they record you and try to use that against you when you try to switch back if they do it on the sly.

"Greg from APG" called my office asking to speak to someone about our electric bill (We don't use their company). This was the callback number he gave me, but my caller ID said (856) 208-6108.
Reviews on this page indicate that they make calls to lots of people using many different company names. FRAUD! SCAM! STOP CALLING ME!

Received calls on my cell from the same person, three minutes apart. “Good afternoon this is Anthony Iser (sp?) calling with APG New York please return my call at 800-210-9011 extension 1668 thank you.”

This is not the first time that "APG" or whatever name they decide to use, called my office. The girl proceeded to tell me that I should have already received information to prepare me for this call.
I told her that I did not receive it and she had the nerve to tell me, "You probably just overlooked it because a lot of people do that."
My response was, "Do not tell me what I did or didn't receive because you can't possibly know that."
After a brief pause, she asked for me to get my electric bill. I stated that we don't keep that on file in this office (because we don't) so I asked for a call back number.
She gave this number.
I typed it in for a Google search.
The reports from this page showed up and so I told her to take this number off of their list.
SCAM! FRAUD! STOP CALLING ME!
